Dear guest, \n\nThank you for choosing London Marriott Hotel Twickenham for your stay and for taking the time to give us the feedback about your stay.\n\nThank you for mentioning our spa facilities provided in the Virgin Active Health Club. However, we are sorry that the experience you have had was not entirely positive. We will share it with our partners in the Virgin health Club. \n\nOur car park is perfectly safe with 24 hour cctv and security surveillance as is the entire facility including the stadium. The parking we provide for the match days is the second closest parking to the pitch and hotel available in the area and has been proven as very safe. \n\nWe will share your experience with our restaurant and room service team and investigate the situation to make sure such problems do not happen in the future. \n\nWe look forward to hosting you again and rectifying your opinion of our hotel. \n\nKind regards, \n\nAntonela.

The hotel is very good, with a good restaurant and good rooms. The location is at the stadium and is about 45 minutes from the city centre. There were no games during the time we stayed there so it was a quiet neighbourhood. Buses were available from outside the hotel but we did not use it. Staff was great and check in -check out process was very smooth.

I stayed at this Hotel 7/12/19 through 7/14 in a 2 room suite with an incredible view of the Pitch. We travelled from the us and landed late and was able to check in with no issues at 10:30pm. We did miss being able to order dinner after a Long flight and most places nearby close early as well if not a Pub. The parking was tricky to find at first and is actually just the stadium parking, but not a garage it's open parking. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable ac worked with no issues. Great stay.

I stayed here during the week whilst visiting my fianc\u00E9 at work. The hotel were excellent and honoured our membership status by giving us early check in and late check out. During check in my fianc\u00E9 mentioned that it would be his son to be wife that was going to stay at the hotel (the member of staff was named Elola we think). Upon returning to the room after a day out we found a bottle of champagne and card congratulating us on our upcoming wedding. This was such a nice touch and made the stay even better. \nThank you so much!

We strive to deliver exceptional service thorughout our hotel to each and every guests which passes through our door.\n\nWe always advise guests to come straight to the hotel first proir parking their car as it can be difficult to locate our car park if you are not familiar with the local area. We got a room eith a trmperature of 27 degrees. Ac was not working so we were moved to a cooler room but without a view, a blind wall. They knew that the rooms were hot but staff was instructed by management to try to get people any way in them.

We stayed here on a Friday night and we were most impressed - clean, friendly, comfortable, good breakfast and excellent value for money plus good location. It is in the south stand of the stadium so if you are a rugby fan, then that's a bonus!
