Dear mdjohnst\n\nThank you for your constructive feedback on your stay with us. I am pleased to hear that you liked the hotel and found the bed comfortable, bathroom clean and Wi-Fi to be fast. I have noted your comments on the shower head in the room and shared your feedback on the standard of service with key members of the team. We do have a lot of new faces recently joined the team who are still working towards reaching our normal high standard of service.
