I recently stayed at this hotel and I was surprised by the staff been so friendly and when I called to the housekeeping office the phone was answered with a nice voice saying good morning I believe the young lady name was Nanda I asked if she had a dental kit and I shaver and no time at all it was delivered by a young man not sure what was his name also the room nice cleaned and a card on the bed with the name camellia the lady that cleaned the room the room need a bit of attention on the decoration carpet are looking old it\u2019s need. A face lift by thank you to all the staff excellent work from the housekeeping team will be back.

Lovely hotel amazing staff but can\u2019t sit outside unless you want to smoke shisha as Arabs have taken over the smoking area with shisha I\u2019m a paying customer I\u2019ve been coming here for 5 years Plus and now I don\u2019t feel comfortable to enjoy having a drink. Really wish things could go back to how they use to be if things continue they won\u2019t ever get my money again!

The hotel is well located, right beside the railway station, supermarket and bus stops (including the Hop-hop-off buses. But it is really shabby and isn't worth their tariff. Our stay was part of a packaged tour. It appeared that most of their guests are on some kind of tour. There must be hotels around that are much better value.

My girlfriend and I had visited London for the first time and loved it. A lovely hotel within walking distance to Brompton Road via Harrods. The hotel had fantastic service and their facilities and amenities are very well cared off. I would love to say a huge thank you to John at the bar, who welcomed us and charmed us during our stay. Having seeing him nearly everyday, dinner and evenings at the bar, we shared many great stories and conversations with him.

Stayed in this hotel previously and It was ok. This Time, I was given a room by the roadside. It was very noisy and I couldn't sleep all night due to people shouting on the street in the middle of the night. The Room is small but ok, the electrical system is from last century, television is big. The hotel is full of Middle Easterns (I am also from me). The closet is paper-thin, the bathroom is also very small.\nThere were stains on the carpet. The ac was too loud and I had to turn it off to sleep.

I loved the selection of food, drinks and the shisha at the Tangerine bar, where I spent most of my time during my stay. The food was unbelievable and delicious. However the highlight of my stay was meeting John at the bar, he was so polite and because of his great customer service, I would love to visit again.

The location is great and very convenient, staff are good however Saif \u201Crestaurant waiter\u201D was an exceptional professional, he is so friendly and helpful always he keeps his smile on and always attend to your inquire in no time.\nOverall was great experience.

The hotel location is perfect. The tube just around 3mins walking. Surrounded with shopping venues like Slone street, Harrods, and Harvey Nichols. \n\nEarly check Inn was very good just 40 pounds extra and we got the rooms by 8am which was very good and pleased. \n\nFree phone where you can use it for Free International Calls and free hot spot outside.

Besides the great location, the only thing the hotel has going for it is a comfortable and familiar interior. House keeping was careless, reception was rude and other services were minimal too. Ill stop my rant here, but honestly, its fine if you arent too.

My partner and I have just stayed overnight in the millenium hotel which exceeded our expectations. Alexs (I think was his name) was so helpful he saw us struggling with our luggage and took it all up for us, telling us all about the hotel.

The one great thing about this hotel is the location. You can walk to Harrods and across the street is a fun pub, along with many high end stores on the same block. That being said, the service in this hotel is non-existent. Specifically speaking.

Pros - Friendly staff - Fantastic location- really short hop to Harrods and Knightsbridge Tube Station. <5 minute walk - The hotel has a portable travel guide in every room. Its sort of like an iPhone, that can be used to take you to locations.

The Millennium, Sloan St, has changed from being a really great hotel to a tired hotel. The room is still comfortable & very clean but it is dated. In fact the decor is so old it has not changed since my children were very small.

I've stayed at this hotel 3 times during the last 5 months due to its convenient location, however, my last visit, I found that the service was poor. My room had complete amenities only the first night. The towel was old and hard. The room.

Lovely hotel close to the underground but the noise from the traffic was very loud even on the 5th floor making it hard to have a good night's sleep not what you expect from a 4* hotel in Knightsbridge.

review: I stayed with my family at the Millennium Knightsbridge last week. It was part of a package with Virgin Atlantic. In a broad sense, high marks for the hotel. The rooms are small, which is expected, but I thought they were nice and well maintained. The only real problem I had with the hotel is the continental breakfast. Great selection, but you have to ask for toast (they supposedly bring you) and bigger pots of coffee. Once the waiter/waitress is gone, all bets are off. They dissapear. Still, good hotel, felt safe, clean and nice front desk staff.
