We booked to stay here because it was conveniently situated for the Royal Albert Hall and the tube. \nOur room was well fitted out with a comfortable bed, thick curtains, a lovely bathroom and air-conditioning, but it was tiny - only just space to walk round it. Ok for one night but no more! \nStaff were mostly friendly but the breakfast included was slightly disappointing and the tea we were served was like dishwater.

This is a small hotel in a relatively quiet section of London. The spaces are quirky and they have the smallest elevator I have ever seen. But it is scrupiously clean and the staff is incredibly accommodating. It is not luxurious but I would highly recommend it if you are on a moderate budget.

This wonderful hotel is a breath of fresh air amidst the hustle and bustle of Gloucester Road and Kensington. The building itself is beautiful and very well maintained and the entrance is smart, clean and welcoming. The reception area is spacious with seating, a bar and information leaflets for guests.\n\nI was checked in by a very professional and kind member of staff. The process was uncomplicated and I even had my luggage taken to my room for me. There are storage facilities for luggage which is very useful.\n\nThe tiny lift is surprisingly charming and I smiled as I was taken up to the top floor where my room was located. The corridors were clean and tidy and there was clear signage to the rooms.\n\nI was very pleased with my room which was blissfully quiet at the back of the hotel. The bed was supremely comfortable, with extra pillow available. My room had a television, fridge, safe, air conditioning and coffee/tea making facilities. There was a luggage rack and a good size wardrobe. There were also two chairs and a table. The bathroom was small but had everything I needed, including storage for toiletries in a mirrored cabinet. The shower was good and the toiletries of good quality.\n\nBreakfast was outstanding with pretty much everything you could think of on offer. All of the staff were friendly and efficient - they even make your toast for you! \n\nI am definitely booking to stay here again next year. Such a convenient location. A total delight.
