By law we do have to have a certain % of our rooms to be accessible and across all room types. I am sorry that this was an issue. This hotel is in a perfect location to explore the Docklands, travel by underground or Thames to the City of London. Staff were just great, very welcoming and nothing too much trouble. This is hospitality as it should be.

We stayed in Novotel Canary Wharf for one night only. We had two interconnected rooms in 24th floor and the view was amazing! Especially in the evening was a breathtaking.\nBokan had a live music and great atmosphere during this Saturday night. I have to admit drink was not that expensive I was afraid :)\nBreakfast was a poetry! Huge choice of everything Freshly prepared.\nMy nices was treat with the freshly baled cookies in Friday evening What I think was very warm and kind from the hotel stuff.\nGreat place to stay while you in London.

Room was excellent. Location next to subway (5 minutes walk Jubilee Line). Very safe & clean neighboorhood.\nReception staff were very helpful & kind. Breakfast was great.\nNice rooftop & pool.\nWould recommend.

We arrived with just hand luggage and it took ages to check in which made me feel anxious as I thought the hotel had lost our booking. We were told we had a paid for a bad deal with hotel.com and should have booked for a better deal with Accor hotels. I only had hand luggage so no conditioner and couldn\u2019t wash my hair as the hotel didn\u2019t provide it - the cleaner said my room didn\u2019t have conditioner supplied but got me some when I saw her the next day. I contacted Accor and they couldn\u2019t tell me what they would have charged me or how much I had been over vagaries with hotel.com. I asked them if they price like Ryanair- later you book the more it costs - simple answer yes. Great view from bedroom window.

Well worth the visit for the view.\nPeople look like ants when you look down (gulp).\n\nOn a sunny day it really is spectacular. Keep you head on when you order drinks as they are rather pricey but it's all about the view.\nThere are bar snacks and rather basic fast foods in the style of chicken wings, sliders, cheese board, meat platter & prawns in bread crumbs. The sort of thing you'd select for an unambitious office Christmas party. If you don't want to run down 38 flights of stairs you'll probably end up ordering something like we did.\n\nThe staff were very polite, like having all ones good nephews on one place.

My husband and I really enjoyed our 3 day stay at the Novotel canary warf. We stayed in executive rooms. The view from room, restaurantand bar over London and the Thames was unbeatable and the breakfast was great. All the staff were efficient, friendly and obliging. We took the ferry to Greenwich and Westminster and used \nthe underground and the above ground rail. You can also walk along the waterfront. We really enjoyed our stay. Diane.

To say we are the best Novotel you have experienced makes me so very proud. I am sorry about the bed and as I know you were on the 35th floor where we only have a number of rooms I will certainly address this. Thank you Jourak, I am sorry with regards to your missing watch. My guest experience Manager has done a thorough investigation as you know and we cannot find anything untoward with regards access to your room. The talent member who serviced your room has been a loyal member of my team for over a year and we have never experienced an issue such as this. Of course we will continue to try and locate the watch in case it has got mixed up in Laundry and we will be in touch should we locate it. Should you find the watch at some point we would appreciate it if you could let us know. I am sorry about this issue and we do provide safe's in all of our room's for our guests to place any items in there. Wow, we love our 5 star review hellefalady, thanks so much for sharing this. The Terrace suites are stunning and I am delighted you got the great weather that you were able to use the terrace and enjoy the sun and of course the huge breakfast.
