Dear beckstravels19, \n\nThank you for sharing your experience with us. \nIt is a disappointment to read about your stay with us and particularly the room did not meet your expectations.\n\nWe also sincerely apologise for the issue with our air-cooling system even though we did our best to fix it as quickly as we could.
