First time visit to London. Stayed here with family of 4, as recommended by a friend. About a 10 minutes walk to lambeth station metro & 10 minutes in opposite direction, to walk by the river to the Westminster area. Room small, as we expected, but clean. (Carpets could use an update & sinks are slow to drain). We ate breakfast buffet in the hotel restaurant every morning and ordered pizza a few times for dinner. Breakfast ok, pizza great and staff very nice.

excellent, I loved everything about the hotel, staff was very welcoming, they were always willing to help, rooms were cleaned and neat. The food at the restaurant and bar was delicious. And the location was awesome.

Very clean and well run hotel, staff very helpful and polite. They also are pet friendly, easy to access London's sights Close to the Thames and the London Eye. Had a fantastic stay and the bar on a evening is a great place to relax after walking all day.

This is my reasonably regular hotel in London now. It's a relatively modern hotel with clean and bright rooms and friendly staff. I like that Novotel has a more European feel than some chains (which means the coffee is better, for example! ). \n\nThe food at the bar was good. A wide menu, and not too expensive. Though the drinks are pricey. Breakfast is fairly basic, but above average at this price point. They could definitely do with a second toaster. \n\nThere is a small gym but the equipment is need of updating. Please fix the bike too Novotel - it's been broken for weeks! \n\nIt's a quiet location and not in easy walking distance of a Tube. But it's very well served by buses, and Waterloo, Vauxhall and, across the bridge, Westminster aren't far away.

it is an average hotel, location is good near to Thames river, close to many attractions, Buffet breakfast is pretty good, we did not eat dinner there, but had hard time finding good dinner places near by, It is not in a busy area, so not many places to eat near by, plenty of taxis, used uber and was able to get them with in minutes, Rooms could be cleaner, staff are ok, we needed a convertible plug for electrical outlet and they gave us one, for few days.

The staff made our family stay a dream from start to finish Check in and checking out very helpful / bar staff helpful in helping me choose and try local beer / buffet breakfast with so much choice and if you had food requests they were happy to meet request.

We stayed here for 3 nights whilst sightseeing in London. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the nearest tube station which is Lambert North on the Bakerloo line.\nWe had an executive room for a family of 4. The room was very comfortable and had tea and coffee facilities as well as complimentary bottled water.\nWe also booked breakfast whilst at the hotel. The breakfast had a really good variety of foods on offer and was well staffed.\nWe booked this hotel because of the underground parking facilities. I booked the parking before our visit using the Just Park website. The car park was easy to find and has direct access to the hotel. \nI would definitely stay here again if driving into London because of the good location and parking facilities.

I loved our stay as it was very convenient to go around as a tourist, the staff were ever so helpful and the rooms, modern and quite comfortable! My boys had a blast in the play area and didn't want to go out! Will definitely recommend and book again.

Recently visited with some friends for an overnight stay. Had a superior room with a large double bed and a sofa bed. Beds were nice, room was clean and spacious. Had a decent sized television, kettle and epresso machine hairdryer, iron with ironing board and mini fridge. Also had Air Conditioning. \n\nReally disappointed with the bathroom facilities. The layout is very strange. The shower and toilet were seperated but they were not seperated from the room. The sink was layed out where it sepeated the shower and toilet from the beds. The shower and toilet doors were mirrored glass but offered no privacy to any of the guests as we went as friends. I think they designed the doors so that you can\u2019t see into them but you can definitely see into the shower when walking past the shower or the bedroom.\n\nThere is no extractor fan or window in the seperated toilet and there were gaps at the top and bottom of the door (no lock! ). There are pegs outside of the shower so difficult to get changed privately in a room of friends without taking your clothes into the shower and getting changed inside the shower which is dangerous and you end up with wet clothes! ( a couple of us had to try this as no other way to get changed.) \n\nI cannot understand why it was ever designed this way. Absolutely no privacy when showering or using the toilet. Really put a dampner on the whole experience and does not justify the price I paid for one night! I\u2019m not sure if all the rooms are designed this week but it needs serious reconsideration as not private. \n\nI had more privacy and comfort in the London Premier Inn for a fraction of the price I paid for Novotel. \n\nThe rest of the hotel is nice, good location and they have parking facilities. Parking space is underground right next to hotel and is well marked. There are limited and spaces are very tight, parking is \u00A324 for 24hrs. This price is apparently representative of the parking spaces in central London. \n\nDidn\u2019t use the catering facilities so can\u2019t comment. \n\nOverall, clean and ideal location but really disappointed in the bathing facilities. Very unlikely to return to this particular hotel. Would recommend for people who don\u2019t mind bathroom facilities not being private as described.

The hotel was typical Novotel. Clean, modern and the breakfast was good. Staff were pleasant. The gym is basic when it comes to weights but it makes up for having a sauna and steam room for all to share.\nYou can hear the traffic in the rooms at the front but it's not that noticeable. Still ask for a room facing the back of the hotel, if you can. The location is near the eye so that conveniently located. Not too many restaurant near the hotel though. Perfect room for a family of 4. Basic but the prices reflect that. Would stay there again.

We had an incredible stay there. From the breakfast choices, to the nice and available gym and the calm atmosphere in the lobby. However, the lack of sitting areas at the lobby, and the rooms not always being the cleanest while also being too hot made the stay frustrating at times. But, I have to point out that when we saw that you\u2019ve employed a disabled young black man to help out during breakfast made our entire day. I liked how helpful the employees at the desk were, it was nice to be able to come to them and ask for directions for almost everything. \n\nService minded hotel staff, with incredible hospitality and kindness.
