My boyfriend and I stayed here overnight for a short break. The staff on reception were a bit slow and abrupt but ok. Our room was very clean and modern, not massive but what we needed. Bathroom was good with two good showers. The mattress was a bit hard but not awful. The breakfast they do is excellent especially the eggs! The staff were a bit slow checking us out and giving us back our luggage but overall would stay here again and it\u2019s only a five minute walk from the underground.

My family, and visiting Sister, spent last night there. We booked two rooms.\nWell.\nThe first room smelled of cigarette smoke, had a hole in the Floor, the television didn\u2019t work, and the shower was plugged and not unlike a waterfall.\nThe second room, slightly smaller was quite a bit more \u2018less-broken\u2019, but upon arrival there was a panel which had fallen from the wall. While trying to pop it back in place, the above panel fell and hit my sister in the head. This made me laugh of course, however if it was someone of less physical strength it could\u2019ve been a major situation.
