Excellent stay guy at the front desk very helpful, rooms were very clean & bed comfortable, car was very secure as were we. The adjoining bar & restaurant were very comfortable and welcoming staff were very friendly. Food was good and reasonably priced, my only criticisms were that the restaurants bathrooms needed lots of attention but we\u2019re told it\u2019s being felt with and for some reason it was decided to put salsa in a squeezy tomato sauce bottle, my daughter had to squeeze it so hard (as she didn\u2019t know about the vegetable lumps) it exploded on her plate nearly ruining her meal! They were apologetic and exchanged it over.

We have booked this hotel room on our return flight from turkey and it was very good experience. We checked in 2am and staff was there. There is more facility around hotel if anyone want to eat or drink.

Hi Shelly\n\nThanks for taking the time to share your review.\n\nIt's a shame to hear you found your room to be too hot and that the food was far from our usual standards, this certainly isn't the experience we want for our guests when staying with us.\n\nAs the Chef and Brewer restaurant isn't a Whitbread owned brand, we're unable to follow this up with them ourselves, however I've passed your feedback on to the Restaurant Manager so they can pick this up internally.\n\nUnfortunately there is no air conditioning at this hotel as advised on our website, however our hotel teams do have measures in place to assist with warmer weather, such as fans, thin sheets etc, so I am sorry if these were provided and didn't help.\n\nI've raised your comments with the Hotel Management and they'll see what more can be done to improve on your experience.\n\nWe hope this hasn't put you off booking with Premier Inn in future.\n\nKind Regards\n\nAmy.

A lovely room and nice staff - comfortable and clean. However, the breakfast was awful: not stocked-up, messy buffet, very few staff. I actually felt sorry for the staff as there were not enough of them and this was not their fault. However, for \u00A39.50, Premier Inn needs to ensure that customers get what they are paying for.

Super stay and cannot fault the facilitiy in any way. The lady on the front desk was very hey and nothing was too much trouble. We asked for two more pillows and she kindly brought them up to us within minutes.

Hotel itself was good; staff friendly.\nHowever, the breakfast was a bit poor, not as many choices or good quality as other premier inn breakfasts I've had.\nGood location for Gatwick airport and reasonable price, which is why we stayed.

You'll need to get in touch with the hotel directly so they can try and get this cancelled for you. This hotel doesn't have air-conditioning and you can see this as well as other important information, on our website. Great Hotel, Quite pretty for a premier.\nThe Steaks were really tough, understaffed at dinner and breakfast.\nThe cooked breakfast was very good after a request to have it refilled. As was the coffee.\nThe continental was dreadful, if I had ordered just this I would have requested a refund.

I have now tried all Premier Inns near Gatwick and this is the best. It is in a nice building and the rooms are clean and well equipped.\nThe staff were friendly and helpful at check in and parking was ample.\nThe televisions are large and smart, rooms were clean and had power sockets where you expect them.\n\nThe pub next door is nice too.

We stayed one night in this hotel before our flight the following day. The hotel should be beautiful - lovely property with rural grounds. Our room was clean so no complaints there. But our dining and breakfasting experiences left much to be desired. There were too few staff who were clearly stressed because of lack of management and training. Our waitress in the evening had only just joined the restaurant but was unsupported and seemed to be coping ( or trying to cope) on her own. Although we had a reservation, we were not made to feel welcome.\n\nAt breakfast the supplies seemed to be running out - no butter at all, no breakfast tea, very little milk.\n\nIt should be emphasized that staff were trying to do their best but many admitted they were affected by poor management. The girls on reception had not been there Long and should be commended for their customer service despite v difficult conditions.\n\nOur experience was a disappointment, particularly since all our other Premier Inn experiences over the last 20 years have been great. This hotel most certainly does not meet Premier Inn standards.

Impressive entrance with ample secure parking. We checked in online and our family room was ready. \nlovely sized room, with one double and two twins. Room and all areas of the hotel spotless. Bathroom again was very clean.\n\nIt was really warm in the rooms even with the window open.\n\nWe dropped into the Garwick Manor for a drink and kids had desserts in the evening. Its is a chef and brewer and didn't disappoint.\n\nBreakfast in the morning is plentiful, ranging from continental, cereals to full breakfast. Kids eat free. Thank you Dimi for your hospitality.\n\n10 minutes from Gatwick south Terminal.\n\nOverall a great experience to a perfect holiday.

If you have an early departure and need a good nights sleep, in peace and quiet, look no further than Premier Inn south Terminal. Set in beautiful wooded surroundings the only sounds you will hear are the birds singing amazing comfortablE beds, !

Very nice hotel. Attached pub does the food. Dinner was a bit pricey, but not bad. Hot August weather, but no air conditioning. Rather hot and sticky. Good coverage for Gatwick airport. Large car park.

Clean. Easy to find. comfortable, if rather warm with no air-conditioning. \nExpected lots of noise, but it was a surprisingly quiet night. (I slept badly, but that's just me and although I heard a few people leave it didn't disturb the others in the room)

Great friendly staff, good location clean and well presented room just what was needed after a Long drive. I travelled with my daughter who had a job interview at Gatwick and after asking the receptionist allowed me to leave my car in their car park all day for no extra charge while waiting for my daughter to finish. I have stayed at other hotels that charge extra for parking overnight staying at the hotel !

Ok but not great. Good location for Gatwick. Restaurant next door ok but nothing to write home about. Defective thermostat, stuffy and hot room. Window onto car parking. Very little sleep. Service good.

usual Premier Inn layout. Location is very good for the airport, even though you are so close you don't hear any aircraft noise. We had a room at the front, above reception. This was very noisy as when people returned to the hotel at night, the noise of trundling suitcases and people talking loudly woke us up. I would return here again, but I would ask for a room not at the front.

The room was fabulous, big, clean, modern and comfortable. Even though there was no air-con, the staff made sure we had a fan and a sheet in case the quilt was too hot. The staff were really friendly and helpful.\nThe hotel is a bit hard to find as its tucked away behind a big pub. Breakfast supplied by the pub was really awful. Most items on the full breakfast buffet were re-heats from the previous day/week. Yuk. The coffee was weak and tasteless.

We stayed here for one night prior to a flight to Chicago and found the following:\n\nlocation is great, 5 minutes to our airport parking and easy access off the main road. Despite the main road the hotel has a secluded feel as it is down a Long drag and no noticeable traffic noise at all.\n\nRoom was great, standard Premier Inn fixtures and layout and no issues with bedding or bathroom. Minor issue was the age of the building meant no air con just a large room fan in lieu. \n\nloads of free parking. \n\nRecommended, if you can book way in advance as we did you can get sub \u00A340 rooms which is great for this venue.

Room was excellent, no ac but stand up fan available comfortable bed. some noise from the attached restaurant at 1.30am. However this is near the airport and guessing some holiday makers starting off their holiday! The parking was fine but very little lighting or signs to show the exit.

Clean and comfortable room good location for airport \nVery friendly and helpful staff. Immaculate room with extra pillows and plenty of towels. Although no air conditioning a fan was provided in the room. Also tea and coffee making facilities and a hairdryer. Really impressed with this premier inn, car parking was free and a there was access to a shuttle service for the airport. Will definitely stay here again.

Has quick easy access to the airport and easy to find. Food at restaurant lovely and well worth the try. best to book table as the restaurant gets busy. Amenities are adequate for any length of stay Friendly staff.

We checked in on one of the hottest days of the year and hotel did not have air conditioning. The staff checking us in advised on this and provided a sheet to sleep under instead of a duvet. The room on 2nd floor was very hot and humid but a fan had been provided and left on, window was open and curtains pulled. We managed to sleep ok so if was fine for us. If we had had children or weren't so tired things may have been different. Room and bed were spotlessly clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast on first morning was excellent and good value. Staff were friendly and approachable. If we are in the area again we would be happy to stay again, hopefully the weather will be cooler.

We usually enjoy our weekend breaks at PremierInn but this one was the worst. Hot, stuffy, uncomfortable room. Breakfast was stale and congealed. Not enough room in the restaurant and too few staff. We wont be returning to this one.

Everything was fine here except the room temperature. This hotel really does need to invest in air conditioning. The beds, staff, cleanliness etc were all great. However, I did not get what I paid for, which was a good night\u2019s sleep. The room was just too hot.

Overnight stay before early morning flight.\nlovely welcome, clean room and very good value. Only 5-10 minute drive to Airport.\nIt would have been perfect score if it was not\u2019t for the poor quality of the nearest restaurant on site. Premier Inn should encourage Chef and Brewer to up their game or eat elsewhere.

Service from Reception was friendly, food at dinner was good, food at breakfast was average unfortunately only one guy running around clearing and making sure enough food was available, bed was comfortable, facilities were good, room was hot. Hotel would benefit from Air conditioning in Rooms.

Used the hotel as an overnight stop prior to a flight from Gatwick. The room was pleasant with all the usual facilities. We had a nice evening meal at the adjoining pub. Overall the stay met all our needs with good parking and only 10 minutes from the airport. Only negative was that the room was quite warm due to the time of year and no air-conditioning.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Nice and spacious room. Just a shame that it was so hot in the room. Given a sheet and a fan though to help. Quick journey to and from Gatwick and taxis readily available, and not expensive.

We stayed here in 2 rooms for one night so we could be close to the terminal. It would have been great if the rooms had air conditioning as it was a hot, still night and the open windows did not provide enough ventilation. We had been warned by the hotel but thought that it would be cool enough with the windows open. The recently refurbished rooms (! ) are clean and neat and the bed is comfortable. There\u2019s no mini-bar and I would have liked a bottle of cold water in the room as it was a hot night. The check in staff were nice and helpful. None of our party would stay here again as we were just too hot. I\u2019d rather have paid more and had a good night\u2019s sleep.

Premier always delivers - polite, friendly and accommodating staff, and our room and bathroom were spotless. Didn't have breakfast this time so can't comment on that. Premier has not failed us yet with our accommodation and so we will keep using them.
