5mins from tube station. Friendly staff and free parking right outside front door. Pub and restaurant next door. Comfy bed. Room was a bit dusty but otherwise clean. Also shower gel pump was empty. 13pm check out. We arrived before check in and room was ready.

Standard room and fare at adjining pub/eatery. Free parking and good location for access via road. Perivale station nearby with plenty of trains into city. Handy for Wembley and Twickenham.Easy to get to subject to usual traffic caveats.

Hi Andy.

It's concerning to hear that vans were broken into and your vehicle was damaged. We will be passing this on to the hotel team so they can investigate this issue and would also advise calling the police to assist with any further case.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Josh

I have stayed at many hotels in past two years and this was one of the best. Two of the outstanding features were the overall quality of the room and the comfort of the bed. The price for one person on the Sunday was good, maybe not so good on other days. Would certainly book again.

Stayed here with friends just for one night. Staff seemed to be very friendly and helpful.Free parking which is a great asset Room was comfortable and reasonably clean. Toilet and shower room also clean. Only disappointment was the pub next door. Staff not friendly or welcoming. Food was pretty awful. Used premier inns quite a few times and this is the only time that this has happened. Pub management need to up a level.
Would definitely use hotel again but would eat elsewhere.

No complaints - usual Premier Inn & the price was cheap. The room was fine & quiet enough. The hotel generally was a bit tired & needed a bit of a makeover but I was happy enough overall
Great location - 10 mins from the tube which was 20 mins into Central London

So I normally do my research on premier inns before booking and this one was my biggest mistake, I will start with a positive the staff are lovely especially Charles but sadly the hotel does not do them justice....
The entrance is dated, the room was ok but then on closer inspection poly filler on walls not painted, paint coming off in bathroom around mirror, bed not the usual standard and the bath was leaking from underneath out onto the floor...
BUT by far the biggest disappointment was the breakfast, premier inn allowed me to book their all you can eat buffet breakfast, which when staying at all other premier inns is beautiful, fresh and plenty of choice so I had no issue booking this well what a big mistake! To explain this premier inn unlike most others doesn’t have its own restaurant but have a deal with the pub onsite to provide their buffet style breakfast but sadly the pub decides not to do so, I walked in this morning to be told that the chef wasn’t in yet and the lady would take my order and the chef would sort when they arrived but it might be quite a wait now sorry but that isn’t a buffet breakfast, Looking around we had no fresh fruit, no fruit juices and one grotty looking toaster and sticky tables from the night before, what’s more shocking is this wasn’t a one off I asked the lady in the pub will it be a buffet tomorrow to which she said no we don’t bother as not enough people have it, so why are premier inn selling an all you can eat buffet breakfast, I have got a refund for my breakfasts and will eat elsewhere, I have taken this up directly with premier inn as this is miss selling, I would strongly advise against booking at this hotel considering the one at a Hanger Lane is 5 minutes away and cheaper but 100 times better, but if you do book avoid booking the breakfast at all costs it’s absolutely disgusting.

Greenford is an ideal location when stopping in London. The M40 leads onto the A40 and you are almost there. My daughter and I arrived before 2pm check in as the free car park is available earlier. We were lucky as our room was ready too. Staff were polite and able to book just one mornings breakfast. Will definitely stay there again.

Located just a few minutes walk from Perivale tube station and a 30 minute ride into central London. Drove up from Devon so the free car parking saved over £30 a night compared to central London.
Close to the North circular but noise was not obtrusive. Lovely park right behind the hotel. Pub next door is basic but there is a lovely Greek restaurant about 15 mins walk away. Staff were extremely friendly.

We like to come down to London for a theatre trip a few times a year and always stay at Premier Inn hotels which have always previously been great but so sorry to say this one is absolutely gross. On checking into the hotel we weren’t thrilled, the room has a VERY strong musty smell of damp and seems generally a little grubby but the check in staff had been lovely and we didn’t like to make a fuss so just made do with it. Upon checking out I always like to strip the bed to help and be respectful to the cleaning staff but found the duvet to be covered in stains and now feeling pretty queasy about having slept here!!! I don’t know if we’ve been unlucky and other rooms are better but our room certainly looks nothing like the photos provided by the hotel on this page. I haven’t lost faith in Premier Inn but PLEASE choose another one!!!! Yuk!

Hotel was comfortable, no problems, plenty of parking for those that drive. However, I came by train and there were no signs from the station indicating which direction the hotel was located. If there was a sign to say go left for the hotel that would have made things easier, especially as it is not far from Perivale station but unless you know what way it is it can be confusing.

Pleasant hotel and situated by he side of A40 main route
Of a rush hour, travel around there is horrendous but the hotel is accessible via a side road.
I’m booked in there again so you can gather it’s acceptable and convenient for the area

We stayed at this Hotel for 3 nights whilst doing sight seeing in London.

I cannot speak highly enough about the friendly reception staff. In particular I must single out Charles who I can honestly say is probably one of if not the most friendly and helpful Receptionists that I have met during my many years of staying in hotels.

From assisting us with our telephone booking to actually greeting us on the first day of our arrival he could not do enough for us. He went out of his way to help us with directions and to explain to us how we could best make use of public transport. He made our stay a so much better experience.

The Hotel has plenty of room for guest parking (no charge) and it has a Greene King restaurant adjacent to it. It is in an excellent location for walking to the Perrivale Underground station. This is on the Central Line and will take you direct into the Centre of London (eg Oxford Circus or St Pauls). The journey takes about 25 minutes.

We found the hotel to be quiet and comfortable - typical Premier Inn. If you have to drive into London then you are located on the Western Avenue. Coming from the West Country we found it so easy to leave the hotel and drive out to the M40.

If you do not want to venture into the centre of London to stay then this Premier Inn is probably an ideal choice. Bathroom and shower were good and there were coffee and tea making facilities in the room. Overall considering how easy it was to access London it was excellent value for money.

We would not hesitate to stay here again.

WM - Cheltenham.

Poor food at the pub next door, a desperate lack of TV channels and an over-hot bed led to a below par experience for a Premier Inn. I have used many of this chains' other hotels with much better experiences. A 1990's hotel at a 2020's price

Had an enjoyable stay here, the staff made us feel very welcome even remembering my name from a previous visit almost a year ago.
Plenty of free parking. Rooms have good secondary glazing which keeps the noise from the main road out.

All the staff here are absolutely wonderful, so polite and helpful, can't do enough for you.
Rooms, very clean and maid service was great.
Great location, tube only a couple of minutes away and pub next door for food and drinks is great too.

Rated 5 out of 5 :
An excellent hotel over two floors. Very polite staff and the rooms up to the usual Premier Inn standard. The hotel is on a busy main road but as we had a room at the back of the hotel this didn't effect us.

Transport to Wembley is easy by bus, however you do have to use a quite high footbridge to cross the busy main road. The path on the bridge is quite steep and the bridge itself is quite high so this is something to consider if you would struggle with this.

Overall an excellent stay and we would probably return if we go to Wembley again.

visited 23/24 Aug 2019
As you would expect from a Premier Inn but with one exception - Charles - front of hotel guy.
He made our trip very pleasant with his cheery disposition and helpfulness, nothing was too much trouble for him,
he even guided us to the bus stop for our journey to Wembley stadium. only disappointment was the bed.
Was exception some super dooper bed but it seemed very ordinary with a topper on the top to make it more comfortable. to me it seemed a little lumpy.
All in all a very pleasant stay and would certainly choose this place again.
.

The best part of staying at this hotel was Charles on reception, so helpful and friendly, was a joy to see him every time we walked in. The hotel is clean and has a good air-conditioning unit. The pub does the breakfast next door which is really good and the guy in there also provides really good service. The rest of the food is adequate and cheap. In a good location only a short walk to tube and about 20 minutes to centre. Would definitely stay here again!
.

Well up to Premiere Inn standards. Accommodation was clean and comfortable and the busy A40 alongside was barely noticeable during the night. Location is handy for those wishing to visit London with the Perivale tube station about 8 to 10 minutes walk away and 20 minutes into the centre of London on the Central Line. Car parking is good, sharing the facilities with the adjoining Mylett Arms pub (venue for breakfast and a very good carvery).
On my visit, both members of staff I dealt with were very polite, helpful and friendly and a credit to the company.
I’d definitely stay there again.

Stayed at the Premier Inn Greenford with my husband and son for a short break visiting London. This hotel is extremely good value for money and is an easy tube ride from Perivale station (a 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel) into Oxford street in around 25 minutes. We chose this hotel as we wanted to drive and it has a large free car park. The staff at this hotel are absolutely fantastic and really do ‘make’ the hotel, nothing is too much trouble and they are always there to greet you with a smile. When we arrived we were slightly worried about the proximity to the very busy A40 but the windows in the rooms are sound proofed enough that the noise from the road really is not an issue, the rooms are fitted with air conditioning so there is no need to open the windows unless you want to. We had a family room and were pleasantly surprised that the room was a good size and we had a single and a double bed in our room (rather than the usual put you up type bed). The beds were very comfortable. The hotel is a little tired in its finish (some marks on walls and furniture and we had some black mould on the bathroom ceiling), it would also benefit from proper toilet rolls and toiletries (rather than the slightly impersonal dispensers) but it is clean, we stopped for 3 nights and were impressed that every evening we came back to made up beds and a freshly cleaned room. My son was particularly pleased to find his soft toy tucked up and ready for bed each night! Before booking we read the reviews of the food so decided not to book breakfast in advance. The hotel is next door to a pub where breakfast is served from 6.30-10 in the week and 8-11 at weekends. We decided to give it a go on our first morning and were very impressed. Bare in mind it is £9.50 per adult and children eat for free (this is for full English). It is a buffet style set up but there is an excellent selection and you can have as much as you like. Items do get used up but are son cooked and refilled on request. We found the standard of the cooked breakfast good. There was a good range of cereals, juices, yogurt, fruits, pastries, pancakes, crumpets, toast and toppings in addition to the cooked option. They also had decaf coffee available which was a big tick from me (as I cannot have caffeinated drinks due to health issues and often end up without). We ended up eating breakfast all 3 mornings and enjoyed it every time. I am a bit confused as to why the reviews are quite negative towards the breakfast- as I say we found it to be extremely good value for money. To give this review context, on previous visits to London we have stayed in Kensington at either The Nadler or The Ampersand, obviously those hotels are a different class of hotel but we would have had one night without breakfast in either of those for what we paid for 3 nights with breakfast in this Premier Inn and we really did feel the experience we had here compared well. so well done to everyone at Greenford, we really enjoyed our stay with you and are sure we will return in the future!

Altogether a good standard with engaging, particularly pleasant staff. Location on the busy A40 a bit off-putting -. alternatively very accessible to Perivale Underground station. We've stayed here on a couple of occasions previously which speaks for itself!

My weekend at the Greenford hotel was faultless, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We had a teatime meal and a breakfast in the attached Pub The Mylett Arms and this was of a very high standard, much better than previous experiences. If you want to travel down to London this hotel is really easy to get to off the M40 and there's loads of free parking. 10 out of 10, well done the Greenford Team.

A good location for central London, loads of car parking, great reception staff (especially Charlie who was really helpful) and the rooms were clean. We decided to go for breakfast in the morning and was initially surprised that we were the only ones in the restaurant. After we saw the cooked breakfast we were no Longer surprised, any Chef or Cook who could look at the display of food and believe he/she was in the right profession is deluding themselves.
Congealed food, cold eggs and when I asked for fresh eggs they came out, broken and undercooked (they were supposed to be fried). The days of buffet hot food should be buried. Recently stayed at the Premier Inn in Caernafon, hot, perfectly cooked food delivered personally after you have made your order....it can be done and it was packed. All scores are for the hotel without the restaurant.

Hi there,

Thank you for leaving us feedback on your recent visit to our London Greenford hotel.

It's disappointing to hear that you found an odour in your room and we weren't able to move your to a different one on this occasion. We have a zero tolerance policy on smoking in our rooms which is forbidden and can be met with a £100 fine.

Please accept our apologies, as we want to provide great rooms for our guests to stay in and can accept that this was not quite up to standard for you this time.

Although you didn’t have the best experience this time, we hope this doesn’t deter you from us welcoming you back at our hotels.

Josh

.

Had a wonderful stay at this Premier Inn when I attended the P!NK concert. The location is very easy to approach from Perivale Tube with 10 minute walk to the hotel.
From the moment I arrived Charles was so helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble and I felt at ease. He had good knowledge of the area and answered my questions about the last tube to the hotel after the concert.
In the morning Orphia was cheerful and also friendly, guiding me to the breakfast location and she was interested in the concert I had attended the previous evening. Great staff - a credit to Premier Inn.

Stayed at this hotel for the second time to visit Wembley Stadium as its within easy driving distance.

This occasion we stayed in room 18 at the end of the corridor on the ground floor.

On entering the room we were met by an Arctic blast coming from the Air con unit. The room was ridiculously cold and with hindsight, I guess this was to disguise the awful musty damp smell emanating from the room.

The sleep quality was not the best that we have had from a Premier Inn, especially as more or less every footstep could be heard from the room above, coupled with the damp smell.

There was a large area of black mould on the bathroom ceiling and the shower curtain looked less than secure.

That said, I would definitely use this hotel again, just not room 18.

The reception staff Charles and Orphia were fantastic, so polite and helpful - a credit.
.

The hotel is convenient to Ealing Golf Club and ideal for staying the night after a golf event and dinner. Typical Premier Inn and everything up to expectation. Breakfast in the adjacent pub was merely average with frequent running out of various items.

Despite the A40 Western Av running close by the hotel is well protected from the noise
Convenience was the star asset
.

Have stayed here a number of times, mainly for gigs at Wembley stadium.

Have always found it clean and tidy. Friendly staff and good safe parking.

Just a 15 minute uber to Wembley so very convenient for events at Wembley as it is much cheaper than the closer Premier Inns.

We stayed for one night because we were going to a concert at Wembley stadium. We have stayed in many Premier Inns and this one compares quite well with the others. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, advising on how best to get to and from the stadium. The rooms were immaculately clean and I love their Hypnos beds!
The hotel does not have a restaurant inhouse, but the Myllett Arms next door is part of the same Whitbread chain and it was very pleasant. We ate there for dinner before the concert and breakfast the following morning. Breakfast was the usual fare, well cooked and lots of choice.
Another bonus was free parking, and although the car park is not big, there was no problem with getting a space. There is a beer garden which was very pleasant in the sunshine, despite being near the busy road (no problem with road noise in the bedroom, btw).
We would be happy to stay there again.

Only spent one night here and did not have breakfast so only reviewing the room and location. Great location for our needs, it a really a base for exploring the area by car rather than a destination in itself. Clean and modern rooms with everything you need for a short stay. For our tastes the bed was not very comfortable and the blackout on the curtains was not as full coverage as we would have liked to keep our baby asleep a bit Longer. Lovely service from front desk. Plenty of parking outside.

We stayed here for the one night whilst visiting Wembley for which it is fairly convenient with the underground being only 10 minutes or so away (there is also a local direct bus service). Very typical Premier Inn room but clean enough and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful and there’s free car parking but no lift.
We ate at the pub next door for both an evening meal and breakfast as there isn’t much other choice locally but whilst the evening meal was nice (although service was slow) the breakfast was rather disappointing - food was lukewarm at best and poorly cooked.

Would we return - maybe but there are other Premier Inn’s in the area and I would be inclined perhaps to try those first.

we always stay at Premier Inn when we are away the hotel is pretty new and was nice and clean and it is close enough to Wembley for the football as there is an overground / underground station nearby that takes you to Wembley the staff are friendly they just need to monitor the pub next door that they use for there food outlet as we felt they seemed to take the trade as an inconvenience and the food was not up to other Premier Inn outlets we have stayed in.

Booked one night here whilst we needed to be at an event in London. Staff were so friendly and welcoming, cannot fault the service at all. Room was large and clean. Found Premier ideally situated for access for Perivale underground station (10 minutes walk), and 40 minutes to Charing Cross, which is then 10 minutes walk to Kanaloa. Food and accommodation are also good value, and the breakfast was also very good. Will use for future visits to London.
.

We stayed at Greenford hotel overnight as our rugby team were playing at London Broncos. Hotel easy to find and only 15 minutes walk across a park to rugby ground ( and 2 minutes walk from tube station into London) the room was spacious and clean, check in staff welcoming and helpful. Checkout at twelve but they let us leave car in car park until after rugby game Meals at the pub next door were good and staff welcoming. Will certainly be our first choice for next rugby game and probably other trips to London.

I stay at this hotel once every couple of moths for a week. As far as Premier Inns go it is just what you would expect. Value for money. The rooms are nice and I found even though it is next to the main road you cant hear a lot. I slept wonderfully! The shower pressure is quite weak which is a downside to the hotel- But also having to eat the food at the pub next door is not the best. However the main positive to my stays here is the receptionist Charles! He is always happy to help, he answers all your questions and even made up the extra bed when I has friend coming. He really goes the extra mile!

First time staying at this premier inn, we usually stay in the jurys inn, near Croydon. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the hotel for the price. For 3 nights /4 days stay the price was 1/3 of the price of a premier...

A short walk to the nearest tube station makes this a great place to stay for a London weekend. The hotel was nice, staff lovely and quite reasonably priced. The pub next door was good too with. Plenty of free parking.

Comfortable room, good location and large bed. Unable to leave light on in bathroom overnight as some sort of buzzer sounded all the time it was on (day and night). Would stay again if needed for one night.

Liked: The staff were amazing, friendly and very helpful. They had a mirror with lights round it to do makeup (would be nice if it had a stool or chair). The breakfast served in the pub next door was good and the staff member there was lovely, plus it was free for the kids. The climate control/ air conditioning was great, especially as it was so hot that day. All the input sockets for the television were easily reached through a panel above the desk so we could plug in a usb and watch videos, look at pictures and play music from it. You could probably plug a chromecast etc in too as there is a hdmi socket
Disliked: There was not a lift! This is ok if you have booked a family room as they are on the ground floor but double rooms are upstairs. The Wi-Fi was very slow so my sister bought premium for 3 devices but it only worked on one device. The road for it is easy to miss so they need a bigger and clearer sign that's easier to see from the main road, you can't see it until you're right up close.

Disliked: Breakfast at the adjoining pub was disappointing. Pastry's were stale although the staff member on duty was great. Satnav struggled a bit to find the hotel.

Liked: Very handy to the tube station with links to London and Wembley Stadium (which was the purpose of our visit). It was great having the restaurant next door as we didn't have to go far for food. Area was safe for coming home late at night and there was a petrol station just up the road with M&S food which was handy.
