There was a shuttle advertised in the booking form of this hotel. I was surprised to find that the shuttle was not a shuttle where you call the hotel and then they send a shuttle to come and get you from the airport. It turned out to be a pubic transport bus that they said could take up to 40 minutes to get me to their hotel. I was also told upon my arrival to check with the information desk as to whether this bus was still running because it was after 11:30pm. I needed up getting a taxi for 17 pounds and was very upset about the unexpected cost.\nThe room was excellent and quiet..

I have to agree to the customer who got a disabled room. We had the same experience twice and that shouldn\u2019t happened. The hotel shouldn\u2019t allocate disable rooms to customers unless they request them. And if they do, the hotel should call or write to the customer in advance, so the client can make a decision to accept it or not.

I am a big fan of the Premier Inn but the Heathrow Terminal 5 hotel is NOT at T5. This should not be used as part of the hotel title, which it is in advertising, the emails I received and even when staff answer the phone. Hence my confusion on arrival and not being able to locate the hotel at the airport. This added 20 minutes of travel time to each end of the journey due to late buses (although it\u2019s only 7 minutes by bus).

Vodaphone & O2 provide very good network in our hotel. However, EE, Virgin, Lyka & GiffGaff users seem to have issues with their coverage and our investigations have revealed it is because of the location & direction of their antenna. Good value for money. All the staff in every department were friendly and helpful. Sneddon was beyond exceptional. Premier inn are good but this one is the best by far. Good meals and breakfast for 26.49\u00A3 worth the price.

There is a Free TfL bus Route 423 that brings you from Terminal 5 to our hotel, and the bus stops just outside our hotel. Going back to Terminal 5, you can take the same bus route 423 from just outside our hotel. The bus runs every 12 minutes. The Hoppa bus costing \u00A35 and a taxi costing \u00A318 are more expensive options.\n2. Wi-Fi is Free for the entire duration of your stay at Premier Inn.\n3.Every room has a phone for guests to call Reception or another room.\n4. There are sufficient hangers for clothing, but if guests need additional hangers, we are always happy to provide on request.\n5.Breakfast is served from 06:00 to 10:00.\n6. The last order at the Restaurant is taken at 22:30 hours, and the restaurant is then open until all diners have enjoyed their meal.\n7.Apologies if the vending machine that you wanted to use on the day was not working, but of you had alerted our Reception team of the same, they would have been happy to assist you.\n8.You will not find a good hotel room anywhere in the city of London for anything near the price you pay at Premier Inn Heathrow Terminal 4 & 5.\n9.
