Stayed at Stratford Premier. Stayed a fee years ago when it first opened. However as expected its a bit worn now. One of the tiles was missing in my room as well as a light fitting.

Thats bearable. What isnt is the fact i found a dead insect in my bed under my pillow. Along with hair that was not mine.

Along with that i also had bites on my legs.

This was a personal and emotional trip which was ruined by this experience at the hotel....

Lack of security at ground level. Foul smells in the elevators. The carpets are dirty including the main entrance. The cleaning staff is not attentive. There was food on the restaurant floor during breakfast hours that was clearly left during the dinner service. The ceramic mugs were chipped. The staff has little attention to detail and cleanliness. Unwelcomed people known to wander in due to the fact there is no security at ground level. The room hallways are accessed control but the doors do not shut rapidly making them an opportunity for unwelcomed visitors. The security of each room needs to be improved. The locking mechanism needs to be sturdier, particularly as the area is not known to be safe.

Reception confusing and not always staffed. Auto check in did not activate room access card. Clean, comfortable enough for one night. Cooked breakfast not taken as too much food for one meal, making it expensive for a simple cooked option e.g. poached egg on toast.

Stayed with my 2 year old to Catch up with friends and do a bit of shopping. The location is very handy as it's right next to Stratford train station and coach buses, big playground as you walk outside the hotel and the Westfield shopping centre in the same complex which is huge! I absolutely loved it will definitely stay again. Olympic Park is also half a mile walk with a big playground for kids

We have always stayed in central London before, but it was surprisingly easy to access central London from this location with Stratford International rail station nearby wkth access to the underground. Very close to Westfield Shopping Centre which has numerous shops and places to eat.

Stayed here in September for two nights midweek. Reasonably priced and service was fast and efficient. Room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. My room was quiet. The view wasn’t out of this world but still pleasant. Will certainly return

Well moved from Premier Inn Wembley, what difference , grumpy staff, when you book a disabled room plus another in advance would you have thought you could have a connecting room or at least one next door.Booked in at 15:15 lower disabled rooms not available only on ninety floor, also at the very end of the corridor as far away from reception as possible.Carparking! only told when you arrive at reception car park A is the nearest .No discounts on parking unlike other Premier Inn,s. Await further comments after visiting the resturant.

Easy access to London Underground puts the whole of London on your doorstep. Can't beat the value for the room. Very comfortable bed and adequate sized room for a couple. Get the breakfast deal at least , excellent breakfast to start the day.

We’ve stayed here numerous times in the past. Room was great, bed very comfortable and bathroom clean. However the restaurant was a real let down. The waiter upended a large jug of water next to our table and left us sitting in a flood - no one offered to move the table nor made any attempt to clean up. Lots of items missing off the menu both for evening meal and breakfast. Baked beans all over the chairs in breakfast with no attempt to clean them. Harassed waiting staff. Staff appeared uninterested at best.

The hotel is situation next door to a large shopping centre and next door to stratford international station. So it was so conveinient for us. Clean tidy and an enjoyable stay. Would definitely go back to this hotel if I was in the area again. Good value for money to and the breakfast was lovely

A nice hotel, conveniently set in an area full of shops and right inside a giant mall.
I didn't have problems during my stay which led me to having almost no contact with the people at the reception. (I did the automatic check in at the machine). The room was nice, loved the bed, I could sleep really well.
Would recommend it if you are looking for a place that is fairly cheap and near Stratford station.

Took a while to find the entrance. Quick check in at an automated desk and only one of the two cards worked when I got to my floor, but there was a member of staff on the floor to assist.
Ate in the restaurant and the food was very very good. £12.50 for a bottle of rosé, £12.89 for a delicious gammon steak, £10.99 for burger and £5.59 for a cheesecake.
No added gratuity in the bill but we left one, brilliant service.
Room, as expected, views over London. Clean and tidy.

Stayed on a few different occasions as opposite Stratford International Station, ultra convenient.
The hotel is above the shops.
The foyer on ground has public access and is used by local youths. Would have pleasant appearance but for smell of food and mess left - just add intercom entry.....
1st floor reception and restaurant. Surprisingly attractive.
The is a busy hotel and the 3 lifts struggle to service the necessary constant movement.
Rooms are OK..... probably below average for Premier Inn. Public areas and some rooms would benefit from a deep clean and maintenance.
Complained once and was moved rooms without any issues.
Breakfast is good, can get busy.
Most staff are happy and helpful.
3 is a fair score - sort out youths in the ground floor foyer and deep clean carpets / maintenance but it is a busy hotel.
Ideal for local events and shopping.

Comfortable bed, good en-suite, air conditioning was effective (excellent for £65!). It was surprisingly very quiet, considering that it is so close to major train station and a large shopping centre. We drove our car to the nearby large car park at Westfield shopping centre on Thursday. We left our bags in our room at 1pm and headed off into Central London via the Jubilee Line Tube, getting back after a West End show after 11pm. This was so easy. Friday morning we had a late start, driving towards home just after 9am; traffic was less busy than I expected (car park cost £15).

Stayed here for 3 nights for work recently. Hotel itself was clean, bright, great location.

Restaurant was so, so disappointing however. I am diabetic and was made to wait over an hour for my food on the first night. I was told it was because it was a busy night - yet there were at least three staff nearby at anyone to me and as my photo shows, it really wasn't. The delay, after arriving late after a long trip, made me feel so ill I almost collapsed. Same issue the day after but slightly less delay.

On my third night the food was quicker bust utterly abysmal. I only managed about two bites of the oyster mushroom burger before nearly vomiting, yet was offered nothing as a substitute by the staff, they simply whisked the plate away. My ”bruschetta” starter (pictured) looked great but was massive for a starter, crispy in places, too soft in others, topped in such a way that all the toppings fell off and just not really a bruschetta?

Breakfast was better but slightly disappointing by usual premier inn standards.

Because of the impact on my health I simply can't give the hotel a higher rating which is such a shame.

Always use Premier Inn know what I'm getting. I have stayed at this hotel Many times before some small niggles but nothing this amazing team cannot sort out.
They go above and beyond to help. I stayed for 3 nights on my own in August was looked after and didn't feel uncomfortable on my own.
I came back Sept with my partner and treat the same.

Rooms clean staff go above and beyond.

This hotel is easy placed to get in and around London literally walk out the door and it's 6 mins on train to St Pancras/King's Cross. Walk 9 mins to underground.

Right on your doorstep you have Westfield shopping that has everything you could wish for. Great food courts.

I did eat out but also the breakfasts at Premier Inn set you up for the day all you can eat and it sees you through the day. We'll cooked always fresh and hot, clean restaurant with great service. I also eat at least one night in hotel my meal which was the chop was so tasty I didn't want it to end. My pudding was lovely also.
Looked after by great staff one was called Jessica and was so helpful and friendly.

Last but not least this hotel is only a short stroll to the 2012 Olympic Park which day or night a great place to walk.

My only gripe about this hotel and I have stayed many times over a 7 year period are the lifts they have a mind of their own I have learnt to live with it ha 🤣

Stayed here for an event at the Copper Box Arena and it's in a great location for that and the Olympic Park. The hotel is located in a massive shopping mall which is ideal for grabbing something to eat if you don't fancy eating inside the hotel. Stratford Overground station is right outside the hotel and it takes less than 10 minutes to get to St. Pancras station from there. The hotel itself was very clean and the room was a decent size. Didn't have any interaction with staff so can't really comment on them. As others have written in their reviews the lifts seem to be painfully slow so if your on a lower floor it's probably quicker to use the stairs.

Great value and clean rooms. Service exceptional with staff very polite and helpful. Wide diversity and hopefully Brexit doesn't affect them. Very handy too being attached to a great shopping centre and in close vicinity to underground/train station (although a bit of a distance when visiting sights).
Slight negatives that, although the lifts are ok, if using stairs to first floor reception they are very lengthy. Also, thought it was a bit mean that for a fully occupied quadruple room, we were only given cups/teabags etc. for 2.
That said, overall, would definitely stay again if visiting that part of London.

Short break with family and friends.
Great location to get out and about.
Very handy being right next to Westfield Centre, shopping, food and entertainment.
We purchased an oyster pass for the children and adults used debit card for transport. Trams very regular and use of the train direct to Euston.
Visited The London eye, took a cruise around The Thames.
Tram to Soho had a lovely chinese.
Great break.

Stayed for one night when visiting Wembley. Found this to be a great base as we could jump straight onto the Underground and take a direct tube to Wembley Central. (About 30 minutes).
Excellent location for Westfield. Also allowed us to bag drop before check In which was great as we didn’t want to carry our bags to Wembley.
Comfy room and excellent breakfast.
Will definitely stay here again if visiting London.
.

Room was very clean and spacious- staff very friendly and helpful- free WiFi kept disconnecting and should have upgraded- felt lazy on the last night and stayed for our evening meal - this was a very good choice- we couldn’t fault the staff or food- I took a gamble and ordered extra seasonal vegetables with my meal and I was not’t disappointed- I would have liked a fridge in our room or the option of renting a small one - I prefer fresh milk in my tea and I’m happy to pay for it. The hotel is ideally situated if you like shopping and a great choice of food.

This is the perfect spot for a visit to London, Situated on one of the largest Shopping Centres giving a variety of dining option at night-time. The hotel is comfortable and excellent for a busy stay in London, Breakfast is a must and you are set for a mornings sightseeing. Location has you at the tube or overland trains and you are into the centre in 20 minutes with many choices on the tube lines if your connection or sights are off the centre.

Booked the hotel as it is at the start of the Ridelondon100. As usual the room was just as expected, high quality and my choice on the main chains.
However, I decided to eat in the restaurant there, main was good, except the side of garlic prawns was shocking. As you can see from the photo, shocking.

We stayed here for one night over thr bank holiday weekend. Whilst the room was fine and what you would come to expect from a Premier Inn, the breakfast service was utterly deplorable. If you're staying here don't bother with the breakfast, save your money and go elsewhere.

They ran out of everything by the time we got to the food counter. We waited in excess of 10 minutes with the scraps we could salvage from the detritus left of other breakfast items for some sausages and were advised to sit at our table and they would bring them out. Needless to say we are still waiting. By the time we got back to our table the breakfast was stone cold. We queued up again and lost interest after another 10 minute wait for sausages. I decided to go for a continental breakfast as it would be quicker only to discover they had run out of croissants and pastries.

We stay with Premier Inn fairly often but suffice to say we will never have breakfast in one of their establishments again. £21 for effectively a cup of coffee and 2 cold breakfasts is unacceptable. We wish we had gone elsewhere.

It’s always comforting to know that something’s never change. As usual clean rooms and friendly accommodating staff. It has an excellent location with the shopping centre and easy access to the tube station. It is however disappointed to see that the room service after check in was truly bad as there is no one answering the phone calls due to the unclean cover and bath tower.

When we are in theUnited Kingdommy go to hotel chain is, as for many people, Premier Inn. They are consistently good value and never disappoint - until this visit to Stratford.

The overall hotel looks tired and the lift lobby is particularly uninviting.

1 out of 3 lifts was not working, they are very slow and the wait time for lifts was unacceptable (some guests, trying to get from the 1st floor reception to the ground floor, knowingly took lifts going up first as there was not any room to get into a lift going down).

The card reader on our bedroom door was unreliable (we could use the cards okay on the card reader at the door to our corridor but not into the room).

The free Wi-Fi is appallingly slow.

When we come to London we normally stay at Premier Inn Tottenham Hale but thought we would try Stratford for a change. We will switch back to Tottenham Hale; not even having Westfield Stratford City on the doorstep is enough to make us come here again.

This Premier Inn was lovely with large rooms and a perfect base for London. The staff here are attentive yet discreet at all times, nothing was too much trouble. Attached to Westfield shopping Centre was great for the Foodcourt and the breakfast at the hotel was very well organised.
The only reason I wouldn't give 5 stars is because the lifts are ridiculously slow at coming and very frustrating. The stairs are ok down but up its a very Long way.

The room was ideal. Had all we needed. comfortable bed. Had great nights sleep.
Dinner at the restaurant was a bit of a different story. We waited over an hour for starters, then when it did arrive, it was cold. The waiting time between starter and main was another 40+ minutes. When it did arrive, it was piping hot so my son had to wait more minutes for it to cool. There was simply items missing from my son's plate, lile beans and the wafer for his ice cream. If the restaurant had been busy you could understand a delay in the food but the restaurant was near empty. My son is 6 years old and asked for a glass of water. He was given a pint size glass full of water. Like really? My son can drink a lot of water but to be given a pint glass....

It’s a Premier Inn, what more can I say. It’s clean and tidy, courteous and helpful staff. Good location for shopping in London Westfield, with plenty of parking.
If you’re planning on doing the Ride London, this is a perfect place to stay the night before, as it is right by the start area.

Brilliant stay at the London Stratford PI. Not only were they bike friendly for us visiting for Ride London-Surrey 100, but they laid on an early breakfast. I missed the sign saying this but that was my fault.

One minor niggle is that the lifts are very slow for a 10 floor hotel. If they made them faster it would have been a perfect stay.

We stayed here for one night while visiting Stratford. The hotel is very conveniently situated right next to Westfield.

love the check in process at this hotel, there’s a computerised option which we used. It was easy and quick to use.

Our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, love the beds! There was no noise from within the hotel or outside. Very easy to use temperature control in the room, heating or air conditioning.

We had the full breakfast option for £10.50 each which I thought was amazing value. Full cooked buffet, continental options, pastries, croissants, fresh fruits, various drink options and all unlimited!

Parking was the only downside. There’s plenty of parking available but it cost us £18! Last time we stayed here I’m sure the hotel offered some sort of discount on the parking and it was only £10 but we asked about this and were told it was not’t available.

Would absolutely definitely return to this hotel.

We were there for a two night stay and there for the Muse gig, checked in at around 5 to find our room only set up for 1 guest, rang the dedicated Fix it line, waited for an hour and still no towels so gave up and went out, told reception on way out so when we got back some towels had finally arrived. Next day rooms was not serviced so again no towels, tea or coffee etc, got back from concert at midnight room still not serviced, reception staff sorted some towels and tea and coffee but by then was less than impressed with the guest facilities. We did get a complimentary breakfast as a gesture but too be honest would not have been happy if had been paying for it, restaurant seemed short of staff given the number of guests. We use Premier Inns a lot so it’s not an anti them post it’s just this place needs a revamp and relaunch to get it back to grade. Can’t fault the location and access to the park, shopping and transport links.

The location of this hotel is great. There are so many places to eat and drink nearby. The rooms are reasonably priced, but are very comfortable. If you are attending an event at the London Stadium, the hotel cannot be beaten - only 5 minutes walk away. Also really east to get here from Central London.

Good location for Olympic Park, shopping at Westfield Stratford and public transport, bit expensive for what it is though. Very disappointed that room had a great view of the stadium but could hardly see it through the thick crusted dirt on the window!

For a night in London and out there the next day, it was prime place to stay. Sadly no parking concession which considering it cost £18 to park all night in Westfields I’d thought they’d give you something. Beds have got a lot better and it was a comfortable sleep especially as I’m recovering from a damaged spine.

All staff at Stratford Premier Inn were really helpful and cheerful. We chose the location for ease of access for roads, rail and shops. Breakfast catering was a very good standard while room cleaning and tidying was exceptional.

Stayed for four nights over Easter weekend as my daughter was attending a workshop nearby. Flew into city airport and hotel was short taxi journey from airport. Despite reviews saying no air-con and slight dread as temperatures were set to soar, air-conditioning worked perfectly. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Did not eat in hotel. Nice surrounding area with Olympic park clearly visible. Food transport links into London that even I found easy to navigate! Right beside Westfield with lots of food outlets and shops. Great value for money.

The hotel is in an excellent location for accessing public transport and offers handy access to a huge shopping complex with a variety of stores, bars, cafes and restaurants all within easy reach. It has great facilities, friendly helpful staff and terrific accommodation.

Stayed here numerous times. Things are going down I am afraid. The lobby on ground floor has wall damage with a lift out of order more than 24 hours and does not convey a safe entrance. Reception staff helpful as usual rooms getting tired which is not really surprising given the occupancy levels and guest turnaround here. air conditioning works but noisy on lowest fan level. Cheap clean environment but prices have gone up so value for money not high.

Stayed here for 2 nights as a base for seeing friends in London. I factored in the saving for staying here as opposed to a more central hotel to include the cost of the train fares into St Pancras and it was a good choice. I’m not sure that if West Ham are playing at the London Stadium if the cost would increase but I’m sure that the hotel would be much busier.

location is good, right next to Westfield Shopping Centre and very close to Stratford International Railway Station. As well as the on site restaurant, there are also plenty of eating places in Westfield, some open later in the evening.

The rooms are the usual Premier Inn style with one double bed and a single. We had to ask for more towels, which we have had to do for our most recent stays in a Premier Inn so not sure if this is now their normal procedure which seems a bit strange when 2 people are staying in the room.

The room was clean although the curtain was a bit stained. The outside of the window could have done with a good clean though!

One of the 3 lifts was out of order whilst we were and then one of the others had a problem. However there were staff members available to escort you into the goods lift to be able to access the ground floor so although not the best way to travel it was at least a way round the problem.

If you can get a good deal on the cost, I would recommend this hotel as a cheaper alternative to more central London hotels.

Premier Inn Stratford was so good in the staff were so friendly and helpful and the food was five star !!! As I am wheat and dairy intolerant there was enough choice and wheat free bread available for me to enjoy.

Coming out of the Tube station my sat nav tried to get me to walk past the bus station and beyond. Ignored this and walked through the Westfield centre, eventually found the hotel left at the bottom of a flight of stairs on the way out of the centre, next to Waitrose, the signposting is not that special.

The hotel is modern, clean well positioned (once found) and all the staff were friendly and helpful. I stayed for here and used the hotel as a base for All Points East at Victoria Park which is not that close. The taxi cost me around £10 to get there and £30 to get back after midnight.

Would stay again, plenty of restaurants and cafes to find food during the day in the Westfield, but not many at night. I just wish Premier Inn would leave Decaf coffee in the rooms, I always forget to pick it up on the way up.

We stayed at Premier Inn Stratford for two nights over the Bank Holiday weekend. The hotel is very conveniently situated a few minutes walk from Stratford station, which is served by both mainline and underground trains. We have stayed in many Premier Inns, and this was one of the best for service, as all the staff were very friendly & helpful. The facilities were up to the usual Premier Inn standard. We would definitely stay here again.

You are obviously paying for the location on this one but I was a bit disappointed as the rooms seemed smaller than the usual ones. As well as the smaller size the room the shower pressure was awful.

On a more positive a note the room was clean and tidy and the breakfast was good.

We stayed here so we could catch a 5.45am high speed overground train to kings cross just 7 minutes journey time and because the hotel is a well known brand.

The hotel was built during the Olympics so it needs a little tender loving care now but beds were perfect and comfortable. Staff set a wake up call no problems.

We booked at short notice on a bank holiday so it was dear as all the hotels in London and Stratford so book at least 3 months in advance.

Definitely would stay again as it is so close to the train stations especially international PlUS please ty places to eat in the shopping centre or a 10 minutes walk away view from room.

Staying in Walthamstow or further out of London would have little benefit. A good choice hotel.

Standard Premier Inn room and facilities. Very comfortable, everything you need available in the room or by request. An economical way of staying in London for a family do. Pleasant dining room and helpful staff.
located immediately opposite Stratford International Station which can be reached in one stop from St Pancras (using an Oyster card) - much easier than trundling about on the tube and then having to walk right through the shopping centre.

Typically first rate Premier Inn facility apart from no in house parking. Perhaps not surprising for London. There was a pay car park next door, which was not too expensive.

Room and Breakfast very good and as ever, a comfortable bed!

What a great location. Having previously stayed at the Holiday Inn, here at Westfield, this stay was a pleasant surprise and we will certainly consider staying again. The price was more competitive and the location next to Car park A was very convenient.
Nice size room and reasonably quiet of the 8th floor.

It is good hotel for London Stadium Tour. Has huge rooms. Next to a huge mall with loads of eating options. However, it is not very convenient if you want to keep visiting central london. Not very close by. If you do not mind the travelling then it better than staying in central london. The check in and checkout is quick and easy.

Stayed here from 18th to 23rd April. Locations is brilliant for shopping and tubes/trains to the rest of London.
Staff were amazing - especially Valentina, nothing was too much trouble for her and her Customer Service was outstanding.
Food was excellent, by far the best I've had at a Premier Inn. Breakfast was fabulous and my daughter and I had the best steak we have had in ages for dinner!
The room was cleaned every day and was very quiet. Unfortunately our air con was not great but it didn't effect sleep.
Would definitely come back here again without hesitation.
