Had a two night stay here and found it to be a really nice hotel. Ideally located in London, just a couple of minutes from Victoria Rail, Tube and Coach stations. The room was very nice, and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was well worth paying for, particularly as it's all you can eat. There was a slight issue with the lift which on the way up would go to every floor apart from the one our room was on, which meant using the stairs instead.
I'd also offer some friendly advice to reception. On departure we handed in our door key card and didn't get so much as a smile, never mind a \

Clean bedrooms, staff polite, good location for sights, didn't eat at hotel and there seems to be a shortage of staff as one serving coffee as well as booking clients in. No front entrance as such.!!!

Ideal area to stay if you are using the Rail or Coach station, plus buses and the underground. Lots of places to eat around the Pimlico area so you are not stuck with what the Premier has to offer. Found some of the staff not as caring as they used to be, as have stayed at this Premier many a time.

Premier inn hotel is great. The service was great, the food was very good and the room was clean.
The location is amazing, close to underground station and to the palace. One thing that was unsatisfied is that it looks like they didn’t replace the towels

The hotel is in a great location.
My sister slept well in the large bed. But the small bed I was in was very uncomfortable and so I didn't sleep much. I did mention it to staff in morning but they didn't really acknowledge it.

Great food, excellent location and friendly staff. Room was spacious and clean with nice comfy bed. Would definitely use hotel again and recommend to others. About 5 minutes walk from Victoria Station so easy access for tube travel around London.

The day time reception staff were very good, she helped us store our luggage and organise the conversion of breakfast to upgraded to dinner and breakfast deal. Then she realised we could book in earlier than normal due to room being made available as we spoke. So we booked in all great!

Upon returning to the hotel after a day out, the new staff on receptionist was very helpful too, confirmed/checked our dinner breakfast deal and helped us book the dinner time for 20:00.

Dinner was excellent!
Service from the team was exceptional, all very polite and efficient, nothing was too much trouble. Their food preparation was great, food was hot and tasty!

Overall the an excellent stay!

Victoria itself is ok, theres better areas to stay in London but thats not the Premier Inns fault. The hotel itself is ok, a bit tired and compared to the competition theres better out there. While theres nothing hugely wrong it needs a refresh.

Even though this was an economical choice in pricey London, it did not feel like we were sacrificing a lot. The rooms were small, and it was hard to find the place because the entrance is on a different street than its address, but we were otherwise very pleased with this hotel. The rooms were clean, well appointed with what we needed, and the property is secure and quiet. The staff was very helpful, and the food in the restaurant was delicious. We would stay again!

This Premier Inn is typical of the chain. The room and bathroom were small - but this is not unusual for a capital city. The air conditioning worked. The main bed was super comfy and really contributes to a great night's sleep. For a twin room, the other bed was a converted sofa bed which was a little small but also very comfortable - the main gripe here was that there was no power point close to this 'other' bed. The tea and coffee making facilities were nice to have but an in-room safe would be a welcome addition to the room. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

This hotel was our first stop in London and it was a fantastic choice. Great location, reasonably priced, ample space and clean. The basic accommodations we have always found with Premier Inn which is perfect for vacationers who just want a nice place to sleep after out touring all day. This one had a nice restaurant downstairs which offered Premier Inn value deals at Breakfast and Dinner. The staff in the restaurant was extra kind and friendly. The location is superb for walking to nearby landmarks or getting to Victoria station. Thanks Premier Inn we will be back!

A very nice neat and tidy hotel in a superb location. Very close to Victoria station to enable easy travel around London by train and tube also within easy walking distance of Buckingham Palace. It's off main roads so no noise from the city.

I stayed here because I was attending meetings over four days locally and it was an ideal location.
I used the meal deal package, great value and great food. The staff were really helpful and did everything they could to assist, even booking a table for 20 for Saturday evening to allow our committee to eat together.
Thank you Premier Inn.

Very slow check in process when we arrived at midnight as staff member was being trained (!!!) even when we had already checked in online. Good size family room and two lifts available. Room was clean but bath drain was full of hair which meant the bath filled with water when we had a shower.

We stayed for 2 nights and felt that the hotel is well short of the brand norm.
The building is tired and in need of some attention. It is not particularly clean. For example the blinds in the bar are covered in dust.
The room was small with a/c which would only run for an hour at a time. The bathroom was stark without even a shaver point.
The restaurant was ok and the breakfast was fine. However the coffee machine was out of order as it had been for quite a time.
On the plus side all the staff were pleasant and very helpful.

London Victoria Premier Inn has got to be one of the top Premier Inns. The staff were very welcoming and really hard working, keeping the breakfast room immaculate and tables cleared. Everyone was extremely helpful. A very large comfortable room, which exceeded all expectations. Thank you for a great, enjoyable stay.

Catastrophic
Wrong room given
Not enough towels in room
Internal phone didn’t work
Shower would not turn off, spent over an hour going up and down to reception to try and get it fixed as phone didn’t work
Was desperate to go to sleep after very early start but had to wait for maintenance to arrive
Was not offered another room, and not communicated with in regards to what was happening it was left to us to chase up the problem
Spoke to manager in morning, she suggested I contact customer relations for a refund. I did and was refused.

Great hotel in a fabulous location. I’m a light sleeper so can’t sleep with road noise but had none of this at this hotel. Breakfast was good, however the glasses kept running out for juice and the plates were a little dirty. The buffet area is too small. This wouldn’t stop me returning though.

Having stayed here before for convenience to Victoria coach station and ease of getting around London didn’t think I’d find myself here in a wheelchair following and accident. The staff pulled out all the stops to make me feel comfortable and I felt I was in a safe pair of hands with people who cared all weekend. A massive shout out to all the staff working this weekend you were amazing and made a difficult time easy for us. Once again without a doubt we will be back.

We stayed for a week in August and the staff were fantastic. We had our 13 year old granddaughter with us and she is in a wheelchair, the hotel has a lift to accommodate a wheelchair which comes out over the steps and onto the pavement. We were in walking distance of Buckingham Palace, Trafalgar Square etc. so this hotel is brilliant it's also very near Victoria Station if travelling into or out of London and staying here.
There where a few downsides, the WIFI was not very good at all even though I did pay extra for the week. The staff could not help even though I did go down 3 times to say it would not work.
The rooms are small and the bathroom tiny. We did have lots of hot water and fluffy towels. The air conditioning worked really well in the bedroom. But the extractor fan in the bathroom did not work.
We only ate twice in the restaurant as it was so so cold we couldn't enjoy our food.
The other problem was a Taxi firm we booked with could not find Premier Inn Victoria and we drove around searching for it. The address states 82-83 Eccleston Rd off Gillingham street ! but it's IN Gillingham street which is off Eccleston square. The Taxi firm had the same problem when trying to find us to take us to the airport. They were really really late in picking us up.
Would definitely stay there again but would try to see if they had a larger room. I know we had an extra bed placed in our room but it was small. The room was a nice quiet room I think it was 216.

Hotel and room very clean, and quiet.
However the pork chop on evening menu looked very good however very disappointing when it was that tough couldn’t cut the meat. I did complain at the time and was able to choose something else of the menu. However again left disappointed as the meal arrive after my daughter had finished her meal and this was a birthday celebration!

This was nice room with a window overlooking the street below (secondary double glazing). The breakfast was nice (I had coffee and croissant). I stayed there because I had been to a concert the night before and I like to go to bed at the usual time because getting the last train home I would not get to bed until 3 or 4 am leaving no room for activity the next day.

Booked for one night following trip to theatre. Room was fabulous in that it was tucked away from the main rooms and we had natural light in the bathroom always a plus for me. Pleasant staff and usual good breakfast. Excellent position for theatre and Victoria station. Would recommend but will keep the room number to myself.

The room suffered a few cleanliness issues but overall it was OK. The breakfast was exceptional as always. Good location close to Victoria Station too. Service was a bit of a mixed bag, some poor, some good. The room is quite pricey considering the cleanliness issues we experienced. Overall OK, certainly not terrible, but be aware it isn't the best Premier Inn you could stay in.

Hotel was great. Really close to Victoria, Buckingham palace, Hyde Park. The staff were all super friendly and welcoming. Bar surprisingly well priced for central London! Breakfast was nice - food being replenished all the time, welcoming staff, lovely selection of pastries and well as hot food. Room was immaculate on arrival (as was the 2nd room on my booking) and so were the bar, restaurant, reception, etc. Really helpful board in reception with maps, weather info, advice about nearest NHS walk in centres. My children especially loved the revolving door!

The area felt really safe with Sainsbury's, Tesco, pharmacy and plenty pubs and restaurants nearby.

The only thing that bothered me was the air conditioning/windows. The windows are sealed shut. They do not open at all. My 1st thought was fire safety as I was there with my children but as the week went on, my thoughts were with sleeping! It's too noisy to keep air con on all night. some people may find it nice as white noise but to me it was just an incredibly annoying constant hum. so off it went. Which meant the room was too hot at night! I woke every morning with a sore, dry throat. I am probably just sensitive to the dry air that comes with air con so wouldn't complain but it would definitely stop me booking again which is a shame as everything else was perfect!

Second time in a Premier Inn Hotel. First time was in the one closer to King Cross Station. That one is a bit more luxuary. But the one in Victoria was very good as well. Staff is nice, available and helpful (and smiling). Breakfast was very good (could be a bit more varied, but quality of food was good). No noise at all in the hotel during the night (except the one coming from the street). Bed quality could be a bit better but it's often the case in hotels. Location is perfect. 2 minutes on foot from Victoria station and underground. We would go back again to this hotel, and would recommend it.

Located minutes from Victoria train station, this hotel is very conveniently placed. The room we had (twin) was spacious, clean and cool on a hot day, thanks to efficient air con. It feels like an 'older' Premier Inn, but offered everything we needed. The breakfast was particularly good - especially for a Vegetarian as there was plenty of non-meat choice. The food was nicely presented and didn't look or taste mass-produced, overdone and tired.

We chose this hotel because we had too much luggage for a walk-up B&B. This was advertised with a lift so we booked. But the outside has 7 steps with a wheelchair lift. The staff were very helpful and dragged our luggage in for us. so thanks to the staff. The room was good size for this type of hotel and the bathroom was lovely and clean and the bedding was good quality. They have a nice bar for a quiet drink and a restaurant we didn't use. Really close to buses trains and theatres. Good if you're coming into London for Wicked or Hamilton.

Hotel is looking worse for wear. Have stayed here three times and have seen a decline. Tonight we are here for one night, and we have to keep the bathroom door tightly closed as it smells like sewage. Have reported it to the front desk but did not hear back. Really disappointed as an excellent location but will not be back. Just got my credit card bill and can't believe I paid over $250 Cdn for that room for one night, so disappointed. Premier Inn's everywhere else I have stayed have been solid rooms and friendly service - not extravagant, but good decent quality. The shower was a trickle and no soap in the dispenser. just a big disappointment. Premier Inn have lost a customer for good!

After our initial directional confusion from Victoria street station we were warmly welcomed by the staff and as we were early allowed to leave our luggage while exploring the area. Our room was large enough for the three of us and clean all ready for occupation. As a base for the area it was brilliant. The theatres and all stations only a 5 minute walk from hotel. The breakfast was amazing and we only needed a snack at lunch. Super friendly staff, clean, good value and great location. Very recommended.

We booked our room last September at a cost of £185 to stay this July for one night. The cost had gone up by another £35 if we had left it until later to book.
We had room 104. It was dark and dingy and in great need of an upgrade. The toilet was nigh on impossible to flush, it was so old. You needed all your strength to turn the shower on and off; the curtain rail was rusty; the TV was so small and you had to lie down on the bed to watch it. We have stayed in many Premier Inns over the years and this was not up to standard, especially at the exorbitant rate.
However, the plus side was that the bed and pillows were really comfortable; clean and we got a good night's sleep. It was a quiet location.
The staff were really welcoming and friendly, especially Andre (think that was his name). We had also booked a family room for 4 nights for son, wife and two Grandsons, and their room was slightly better (still way overpriced). They all got good sleep too. Our Grandson, 9, is a severe celiac and the staff could not have been more helpful. Kids eat free and there was plenty for him to choose from that was gluten free. They had stayed one night also at London North, Gatwick, and the chef there was also great and cooked him his eggs separately. so from that point of view, we could not fault it. Would recommend people looking carefully at cost, as with these very high prices (it was a busy tourist period), they may find a better deal elsewhere.

Great location. Well up to the Premier Inn standard with extremely helpful staff. Our room overlloked the internal courtyard which meant it was very quiet for this city centre location. Although the breakfast room in the basement looks small and it is a buffet there was always room for everyone ad the food was excellent. This seemed to be acheived by constant vigilance of the staff.
