A wonderfully located hotel in the heart of Mayfair with great staff particularly in its restaurant. The bedroom was comfortable but tired and could be improved with more modern furnishing and better lighting. The bar is a great scene and the Mayfair Kitchen provided a great lunch and very good breakfast.

Highly recommend the Mayfair hotel, it is my second time staying and we were spoilt by the staff. Lovely suite and room service dinner and breakfast is so good, you will not be disappointed. Great location too especially if you fancy a bit of designer shopping.

It was extremely fun. Spent there a night for a friend reunion. Everything exceptional; Salvatore from the restaurant looked after us at breakfast in a magnificent way. Thanks to all the staff and to the guest relations manager Filipo for helping planning my stay at the hotel!

Had to move to the Mayfair last minute in London, just for one night, from another hotel, the reservation staff and the reception staff were incredibly nice and helpful, restaurant staff also very attentive to guests needs. Overall superb service.

This hotel is in a perfect location with good access to all transport. Beautiful hotel really comfortable beds very good facilities and friendly helpful staff. Great choice of foods for the breakfast and the tickets for the sell out Dior show at the V & A completed a wonderful weekend stay.
