We as a hotel value every feedback, negative or positive and I would like to thank you for sharing yours.\n\nI was very sorry that you did not have much enjoyable stay with us due to the location of our hotel and distance from the O2 and that you have found our breakfast not up to your liking. Closest station to the hotel is an East India Docklands Light Railway station which is about 5 - 7 minutes. From Canary Wharf tube station, it is about 5 minutes journey by bus or about 10 - 15 minutes walk. \nI was glad to read that our spa team had made you welcome and you had time to use our facilities.\n\nOn behalf of the whole team, I hope that we can welcome you back son.
