Also, please note that we do have 8 different categories that are personalised and unique in our Hotel. Dear Alex,\n\nWe have already responded to you and your partners reviews and complaints on Google Business twice, we would respectfully like to point out that this TripAdvisor page is for reviews of the HOTEL not of private events. Please see a copy of one of our responses on Google Business. \nso again, \nWhile we love having such amazing things as a burlesque show helping artists to get to show their abilities in our basement, we are a very small boutique HOTEL, and the organiser had no permission or authority to allow people to go to Our private residents lounge on the roof, 5 floors above the event you attended ( there is a public bar on the ground floor and a bar in the room where the burlesque show was ) and is a table service only area by law, and on the night had a private function, further restricting use. it is also a very small area.\nThe event you attended was not a hotel promotion. and was booked itself in a private area. so quite why you were told you could use hotel amenities without being a resident has been taken up with the organiser.\nThe reason why you had to walk up several stairs and not use the lift is that several of the guests of the show had overloaded our lift and were refusing to get out, a safety issue which is our first and foremost concern, and took several of our very few staff to deal with before serving people alcohol \n\nWe will continue to support this great show but have made sure that the organisers do not overstep the mark when telling their guests what can and can\u2019t be done in the HOTEL \nI must also point out that all proceeds for this event go to the artists and not to the hotel \n\nWe do value all visitors to our hotel \nOn behalf of the organiser of the event and our badly stretched team of normally very polite staff who can normally cope with anything, we apologise that you felt unwelcome \nEven though it was in an area you were not actually permitted to be.\n\n.

Dear guest,\n\nWe are so sorry other residents ruined you stay with us we apologise profusely on their and our behalf, we did several times ask them to be considerate to other guests, and as you say we did move you a suite to let you enjoy your nights sleep immediately you complained as well.\n \nThanks for your kind comments about our little hotel despite this we are only 30 bedrooms so apologies if our breakfast stock looked a little underwhelming the day but we would have been happy to get you anything from the kitchen to have made up for it.\n \nso sorry that others ruined what otherwise clearly would have been a pleasant stay.\n\nOur apologies again \n\nKind Regards,\nFront Office Manager.

We had our work Christmas meal in the restaurant/bar of the hotel. The food was really good, the service was great and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We were basically told we could have "whatever you want".

I visited Karma Sanctum for a pantomime performance earlier this week. I don't know why but the barman in the downstairs bar placed a gratuity on top of my drinks order. I ending up paying £44 for a bottle of wine and a vodka coke....

Got to visit this place in the heart of Soho for a private party. Great staff, friendly, helpful, young and attentive. Room where the party was held was really hot and they tried to cool it down. Had a good night out, would go again...

Friendly staff and fantastic location. The hotel bed was large and comfortable, nice continental breakfast and they allowed us to leave baggage in the hotel the next day. Worth paying a slightly higher price for a warm and friendly hotel.
