This is a very popular place in London mainly due to its historic past. Stayed here for three nights and loved everything about this place. The famous Hyde park and Porto bello market very near by. Bayswater tube station walking distance. The room was spacious and had a bath tub which was much to my liking. The staff take the cake for their esteemed hospital. To name a few Savio, Madalena and Morgan. Would definitely come again.

Just what we needed, perfect location, comfortable bed small room clean compact bathroom safe box in the room, , all we needed, very friendly staff, nearby the station, shops, reception 24 hrs is a big plus. We\u2019ll be returning on my next trip to London because of how amazing it was.

We regret any discomfort caused to you since you found the room compact This is a centrally Air Conditioned hotel and the coolest we can set the temperature is to max 19degrees. To be honest we did not receive complaints from any other Guests regarding this. My Partner and I stayed here for one night, unfortunately we stayed at another hotel the night before which was awful Everything good about this place. The room was good with all the amenities we wanted. The location was good and we got free parking too just opposite the hotel. The staff are amazingly kind and helpful which is rare in today's world. We would definitely stay here when in town.

Dear guest, \n\nWe value our Guests feedback however, this comment came as a surprise to us since entire team here including the Manager is very customer focussed. We all go an extra mile to assist all our Guests. Sorry, if you got delayed to get your bags back. Porter must have been busy assisting another guest and We must have been busy dealing with Guests at the front desk who as well must have been waiting to check in. \n\nWe can assure you that we never want to deal with our Guests in a rude manner. We were recommended to this place by a good friend and were very happy to be here. Though we had tough time finding this place everything was fine since we entered the lobby. Smooth check-in by a very welcoming staff and we could get our room quite early morning. Room was small but good enough and well kept. The staff here are very friendly and have a warm approach. We will surely come again if back in London.

Its in central London which is the best part of this hotel. The room are a bit too cramped specially the shower cube. But all these things can be overlooked when you sleep. Lovely bed with comfortable mattress.

North of Hyde Park within 10 minutes walk of Notting Hill in a quiet square.\nThe location was great.\nThe Club room was very nice.\nEverything was clean and new with a great view over the square from one of the higher floors, definitely worth paying the little extra. A microwave and plates in a small cupboard in the room which we didn't use.\nComfortable bed.\nAll of the staff were very helpful. \nBreakfast was nothing special but nice enough and the person serving did his best to replenish things.\nI would book it again.

I was coming home from a holiday in Cambodia, and I didn\u2019t make it back to Marylebone in time for my train home. I was so tired. So when I found this place at 11 at night, I was happy to give it a go. \nIt was so much nicer than I thought it would be. Ok, I had the smallest room at the end of a corridor, and it was unfortunate that I could hear conversation in the next room, but not that badly, and I would imagine this is particular to that room etc. But anyway it was super comfortable, and wow, such a nice cosy bed. I slept so well. Most importantly, it was clean, really clean, and nicely decorated. \nIt\u2019s also very quiet outside. \nThe staff were really friendly as well.\nI would definitely use this place again, it\u2019s perfect for anywhere in the city, a night out etc, or a few days stay. \nBtw, I don\u2019t do reviews as a rule, but a like this place, and it was reasonably priced. When you consider where you are, in the middle of a major and notoriously expensive city, you\u2019d be mad not to try this Hotel out, honesty it\u2019s really cool.

We\u2019ve just stayed at this hotel for the second time. It\u2019s our new favourite place to stay at in London. \nWhen I made our first booking a couple of months ago I was unimpressed by the hotel website and was not expecting much. However, the hotel itself exceeded the expectations. I loved the warm welcome, the beautiful and relaxing view of Prince\u2019s square from our room, the comfortable bed, tea & coffee making facilities and the heated bathroom floor. We didn\u2019t have breakfast at the hotel. There\u2019s plenty of great cafes and restaurants on the doorstep. \nThe room we stayed in for the first time -no 310- had a disappointing shower but that\u2019s the only criticism I could come up. \nlast weekend we stayed in an executive double room- no 203- which had a great shower in a big cubicle. The description of the executive room included fresh fruit in the room. We got two apples and a banana on the first day, only an empty plate on the second day though. Our bottled water didn\u2019t get replaced either so perhaps the cleaner forgot to return to our room. \nWhat I found slightly disappointing this time was that the bathroom floor was not\u2019t heated in our executive room. When I enquired about it, the receptionist had no idea what I was talking about, didn\u2019t seem to understand my question or show any interest in trying to help. \nWe still enjoyed the stay and would happily return because we love the square view, the location of the hotel and think it\u2019s very reasonably priced.

This outing was planned by my mom and it really was worth every penny. From the start everything went well as our room was a free upgrade having all the luxury amenities. The breakfast room was a bit cramped but Sunny took good care up us. All the staff were very courteous but Savio was very helpful through out our stay. On check out too we could store our bags in their store room as our flight was late. All and all a very good stay.
