Considering its 4 star, very bad quality of experience. Room cleanliness worse. Also numerous knocks on door to disturb. Check maintenance. Television channels have no variety. Movie channels need to be paid for.

Staff were very helpful but we still ended up getting a double rather than a twin room, the sorted this out for the second night and were very apologetic. Breakfast was great value and overall we loved the boutiquey feel and great location.

The hotel is a typical London style hotel. The rooms are small and cosy. But the hotel is decent and clean. Its good for business travel. The underground station Bakers street is just couple minutes walk from the hotel. Its also close to the Madam.

As of November 4 2018 when we stayed, the Baker Street entrance was closed. I've stayed here before and found it good for business travel. We stayed in one of the new rooms and it was stylish and functional. Great attentive service - very good.

Arriving at Liverpool Street there were plenty of underground lines to get to the hotel. Easy. Checked in early, thank you. With two young kids receptionist was brilliant checking us in. The room had a nice big bed for the adults and the kids sofa.

The hotel is very well located on Baker Street making moving around central London very easy. The room we had was very small, with low ceilings and everything seemed dated and in need of updating. Wi-Fi was ok and sleep quality was ok. The amenities.

Disliked: The room was shabby, a kettle was missing & requested several times before it arrived, the morning complimentary newspaper did not arrive at all despite being offered, the dining room was dingy & unwelcoming & the breakfast was unappetising & lukewarm. The cleaning staff were over zealous & knocked us up on our last morning completely unnecessarily as we were checking out later that morning. Our last stay was much better. The hotel seems to have deteriorated sadly!

Disliked: Food selection was a bit limited, was not anything for kids. But there are so many other places to eat nearby it didn't matter. Glass door to the bathroom was a bit odd.

Liked: The Hotel is well located and has nice rooms. Friendly personnel and cosy. Coffee machine n the room and a mini-bar.
Disliked: My room was to the backyard and faced the main air-conditioning unit of the hotel. The room service missed to clean the coffee machine (Nespresso) which lead to spilling of water to the table. Bins were not emptied. The stairs were closed and only one elevator? The hotel is built on several adjacent building not very well connected. Also, the electronic room key was not reliable at all.

We stayed in a newly refurbed executive double room. Fair small but great decor, very miami/art deco. The bathroom is compact but so stylishly done. And the rain pan shower head. Loved it! Had such a lovely shower. Bed is super comfortable too! Would definitely stay.

I have stayed here many many times as I used to work at an office across the street on York Street. The pp Sherlock Holmes is very convenient if Baker St and the surrounding area is where you need to be. They lock the doors.

Disliked: Bathroom was a bit small and the glass door was hard to push and dangerous for kids. Only one kids television channels that had time limit.

Liked: Friendly staff. Rooms are very spacious for a hotel in Central London. The location is excellent, with lots of places to eat or shop nearby.
Disliked: The air conditioner leaked in the room. They attempted to fix it, but it continued to leak. There was some construction in the hotel, so it got noisy at times. No option of a late checkout.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel, everyone from check in to breakfast was so pleasant. Excellent location, quiet room. It was my birthday and the staff kindly arranged for a yummy cheesecake and fresh fruit on arrival A lovely touch thank you.

. But if you do, you're in for a treat. There are tasteful Sherlockian decorations everywhere, some truly lovely pieces of art. But mostly it's just a very nice cosy hotel, comfortable and friendly.

We have never stayed in this part of London before and we weren't disappointed. Baker Street station is a very short walk away and it is a very well connected tube station. Baker Street has plenty to offer in terms of shops, bars and cafes,.

I was truly disappointed with my stay. This hotel is not anything like the other park plazas yet it is a similar price. The toilet didn't even flush probably because it looked like t was from the 1950s so was the phone which didn't work.

Liked: The initial room I was given was 27 degrees when I walked in. I had to be moved to another room as it was far too hot. This was done with little inconvenience. The gym was a bit too hot too, needs better air-conditioning.
