Dear Guest,\n\nThank you for sharing your recent experience that you had at our Morton Hotel. We appreciate your feedback as hospitality service is of paramount importance to us and always want each guest to feel comfortable and welcomed throughout their stay. We are delighted to hear that you had a great stay in one of our rooms and found our art d\u00E9cor admirable, especially as we have a unique Bloomsbury theme throughout our hotel.\n\nHowever, we are disappointed that you did not enjoy your entire stay with us and feel that a 3-star rating represents your experience. We are sorry to hear that you felt our staff came across as dismissive. Extra training will be provided to ensure standards are maintained and our staff remain welcoming and helpful, at all times.\n\nPlease do not hesitate to contact our Hotel Manager directly at DEngler@mortonhotel.co.uk and we she will endeavour to investigate your comments further.\n\nThank you for staying at our Morton Hotel and we hope to have the opportunity again to welcome you back soon.\n\nKind regards, \nGuest Relations Officer

Firstly, I have to say that the service is outstanding. This time we learned that the Morton is a flexible hotel who wish to tace good care of their guests. The help we got with the booking was far more than we could expect.\n\nThe Morton is located just a few meters from Russell Square Metro which you can use to Heathrow without any changes of lines. Russell square is close to British Museum and within walking distance to Covent Garden, Oxford street and Regent street.\n\nThe rooms have a good standard and are clean. The Bathroom is quite large. \n\nI have used The Morton on my 3 last trips to London, and will continue to do it in the future too.
