Dear cdleps, \n\nThank you for such a detailed and frank review.\n\nI cannot comment too much regarding the tube station although they do have guards on duty who are able to support with any information or assistance you require. I am pleased that Baris was able to offer some assistance over the phone.\n\nI am also pleased that you enjoyed the cake supplied for your son's birthday.\n\nWe do have measures in place to prevent noise from outside and typically, receive very positive comments surrounding this. \n\nI was most disappointed to read your comments around the dining experience and the lack of service offered by the team. We pride ourselves on delivery of great service and I must apologise for falling short on this occasion.
