Dear AndrewM911, \n\nThank you for taking the time to provide your frank feedback on our hotel.\n\nI would like to apologise for any shortcomings that you have experienced throughout your stay. We try to address all concerns immediately in house and have several ways of communications such as surveys and staff interaction, I am disappointed to see no record of your issues.\n\nWe have an ongoing programme within the hotel to replace any soft furnishings throughout the year as we wish to deliver the best possible experience for our guests. This even more so when the rates are higher. These rates you will find on par with other hotels in such a central location at peak times of the year.\n\nOnce again, please accept my apologies that we failed to meet your expectations.\n\nKind regards, \n\nPaul D\nHotel Operations Manager.

Dear cdleps, \n\nThank you for such a detailed and frank review.\n\nI cannot comment too much regarding the tube station although they do have guards on duty who are able to support with any information or assistance you require. I am pleased that Baris was able to offer some assistance over the phone.\n\nI am also pleased that you enjoyed the cake supplied for your son's birthday.\n\nWe do have measures in place to prevent noise from outside and typically, receive very positive comments surrounding this. \n\nI was most disappointed to read your comments around the dining experience and the lack of service offered by the team. We pride ourselves on delivery of great service and I must apologise for falling short on this occasion.
