Once again I stayed at the Hilton Waldorf at the end of January and in mid February. On both occasions I was very comfortable and was welcomed in a personal and engaging way. Because of some business meetings I need to attend in various parts of the city, 4 or 5 times a year, I try to get into the Waldorf. The bathrooms are excellent and the bedrooms may vary in size but they are very comfortable indeed. The location is also quite convenient to the various business premises I visit and the Tube at Covent Garden is handy. There is also a great atmosphere in Covent Garden and always something going on there. The Executive Lounge is comfortable and the food and beverage offering is generally good too. The staff are very friendly and helpful and Hilton Honors members are most welcome!

. The nicest hotel I have ever stayed in in London! The room was spacious with silent climate control, beds were firm but pillows deliciously squishy and the decor was on top notch condition. The cocktail bar was alluring with the choice available and the food at the Homage was excellent value and delicious at \u00A327 for 2 courses. \nBut where the hotel excels is with regard to the staff. From checking in with Nicola, to leaving, AlL staff were pleasant welcoming and friendly- a credit to the Hilton name. Loved our 3 night stay here- it felt like home from home. We will definitely be back!

Very good location. Nice clean suites. Room service needs to be upgraded a bit both in portion sizes and selection of the food. Not much consideration for vegans including a simple soup and vegan spread. A bit noisy.

Very smart hotel, with a very comfortable room, well appointed bathroom and very comfortable bed. Issues with noise from a party that kept me awake - the hotel should put the party guests closest to the party and other guests much further away. Also, problems with phone - started flashing in the middle of night, hotel said problems with its voicemail system, so another bad night\u2019s sleep.

Room\nAs I was travelling with a couple buddies, we each wanted our own bed so we went ahead and got a larger, two queen room + a rollaway £ (195 /Night before tax). Room was a great size being more comparable to a standard us hotel room, clean, and comfortable. Bathroom shower was a little awkward as it was extremely narrow but, other than making the floor a little slippery, this was only a minor annoyance. \n\nlocation\nFor a quick weekend trip from the States, I have only positive things to say about the location of this hotel. We were a quick walk to the Tube for our Longer journeys or a 20-30 minute walk to most sights. This hotel was accessible, felt safe, and was right in the middle of the action. Even when we Uber'ed, it felt like the Ubers were there before we could get down the elevator. \n\nOverall\u00A0\nI would highly recommend the hotel. Customer Service and location were excellent and the room was up to Hilton standards. As a Hilton Honors Diamond, the hotel made no cheesy effort to thank me for my Loyalty (other than at check in) which I appreciate as they seemed genuine to all guests and not just the Honors Elites. I will, without a doubt, be choosing this hotel for my next trip to London hopefully before years-end.

What an amazing stay at the Waldorf Hilton.\nThe team lead by Guy Hilton, the General Manager, is always trying to make it right. \nStunning welcome at the door, so many advices on places to go.\nThank you Daniel, Sunny, Anton.\nPersonalized welcome at the reception and follow up with Roshni, the breakfast experience was also full of warmth and the food delicious, very well orchestred by Megan, Mary, Theresa and the rest of the team. Super cocktails from Murillo and Max, and Daniele, Andrea and Ana at the Parrot will create fun for you.\nCan only recommend if you are going to London. The housekeeping team was also never to be faulted, please keep it up!

I have to say that I expected faded grandeur but instead I found a well presented, lovely hotel with great staff in a brilliant location. For a really reasonable cost.\n. I've typed up a review then somehow lost it. So apologies for a briefer retype! \n\nWe experienced a good welcome (doorman to reception). A complimentary room upgrade was fabulous.\nRoom good. New and large television. comfortable bed and quality linen. Even a view to the bt Tower.\nBathroom a little dated but good size with great towels and toiletries.\nEvening service of rooms a good touch for a quality hotel.\nExec lounge good but could benefit from refurbishment. Good selection of foods and booze. And decent afternoon tea. \nlocation wonderful. \nValue wise - excellent. We will be back. \n.

I would like to mention Theresa who served us afternoon tea. She was wonderful, polite and gracious with good humour. A lovely member of staff. \nI purchased a Wowcher and my only gripe is that it was not clear that there were added extras such as \u00A35 per person surcharge and a service fee. Although \u00A315 may not be much to some for a very pleasant afternoon out, I feel it should be up front and transparent.

so glad we decided to upgrade our choices of Hotels and discovered all that we were missing from past trips. The waldorf made our stay memorable, the staff was receptive and helpful to all our needs. The Homage restaurant was amazing, especially Jeremy our waiter who looked after us every evening. Look forward to our next venture to London.

Beautiful weekend at the Waldorf. They have just started their new program towards guest experience wearing and sharing lovely pins, phenomenal team and outstanding service. Special touches at the restaurant with Yoandry, Jeremy, Filippo who made us feel special with great personalized approach. Would like to thank Xavier too. \nHighly recommend.

Went to Tina Turner musical and stayed at Waldorf.\nfabulOus venue.\nOn arrival had the afternoon tea in a grand room. Sandwiches and cakes fabulous, upgraded to a nice champagne and speciality tea also very nice. Waiter was superb and, as he promised he would, he looked after us admirably at breakfast the next morning too. Can't remember his name but he is a charming chap who has worked at the hotel since 1998, has a moustache.\nRoom was also very nice and all other staff we encountered during our stay were helpful, polite and very warm and friendly.\nCan't wait to stay again. \nBed superbly comfortable and shower the tops too.

Had a really lovely weekend staying in The Waldorf. The staff really did everything they could to help and to make you feel welcome. Our room was beautifully presented and the beds were really comfortable, there was nothing in the room which I felt could have been finished better, nothing was marked or worn but there were a few bulbs out but that\u2019s not exactly an issue. Breakfast spread was brilliant and really set us up for our days out and I have no complaints here! \n\nThe reason I\u2019ve given four instead of five, and I would have given four and a half, is because I did find myself comparing The Waldorf to The Savoy. In The Savoy there is much more of that \u2018special\u2019 feeling and everywhere in the hotel is flawless including public spaces where in The Waldorf I did notice that there was a lot of paint peeling on the ceilings in corridors and there was always that feeling of \u201Cit\u2019s just another Hilton\u201D I think more could be done to emphasise this hotels iconic status. This is more \u2018Hilton London\u2019 called The Waldorf where The Savoy is The Savoy, simply managed by Fairmont and it\u2019s these subtle differences that can really finish it off. \n\nI would definitely stay here again because like I say, it really was brilliant and is right up there in the top hotels I have stayed in!

I stayed at this hotel years ago, many times in fact, however, this visit was exceptional - the attention to detail and consideration by all staff was second to none. The manager, Guy Hilton, ensured our stay was a memorable one as it was my daughter\u2019s 21st Birthday during our stay. Over the years, I have never experienced such a professional and considerate manager and I will be recommending this hotel to my friends and family.\n\nI would also like to mention how helpful and kind Julia Fumagali (guest Relations Manager) was. Her attention to detail was outstanding.

We stayed here at the weekend with our baby, as a birthday treat from my husband. I was a little worried about how the whole trip would be with a little one but we needn\u2019t have worried. Staff were so welcoming and friendly, room (junior suite) was spacious and lovely. Huge bed, amazing bathroom and as you would expect, everything was spotless. We were on the 6th floor at the end of the corridor and it was nice and peaceful! \n\nCheck in and out was quick and efficient, breakfast was fantastic - so much choice and excellent service from all members of staff. Everyone went out their way to speak to us and our little one. \n\nThe Cot-bed provided in the room- it was rock hard and our baby had a terrible sleep on or first night however in the morning I asked for additional blankets which I got and put under the mattress in the cot and it was much better for the second night.\n\nWe used the pool one morning which we had to ourselves and enjoyed thoroughly.\n\nWould love to return some day.

We decided to visit the Waldorf for afternoon tea as close to the theatre we were going to that afternoon, It was \u00A372 including \u00A38 service charge, which personally I find a bit too much. But the waitress Mary who served us couldn\u2019t have been more helpful, asking if fillings in sandwiches was not too our liking we can change it, and asking if we wished to have more tea or more sandwiches, now I know you get this in most hotels that serve afternoon tea but they don\u2019t always ask if you require more. I would definitely recommend the afternoon tea.

Good selection \nSandwiches first then\nThe cake stand with cakes and warm scones \nTables nicely spaced and staff very friendly and helpful. Mary was our main server.\nSeconds on sandwiches if you need. But would be surprised if you do. \nGood selection of teas. I can recommend The Lady.

The moment you walk into the hotel you\u2019re greeted by a friendly porter and then enter the hotel reception. The hotel smells clean and fragranced from the moment you walk in, the check in is very fast and the receptionist very friendly. Fresh lemon water is also on offer at the reception desk. \nThe rooms were very clean, comfortable and the bathroom had both a bath and shower. You could also listen to the television from the bathroom through a speaker which was attached, which was nice. \nThere was a mini fridge and tea and coffee making facility provided in the rooms. Along with an ironing board and hair dryer. \nThe room service menus were available to read on the television, there was a large range available and a 24hr menu was also available. \nThere was a Snow White themed afternoon tea available downstairs, it looked great. As well as a gym, swimming pool and room with computers and a printer available to work in. \nI also had a few drinks in the parrot bar which was attached, they had a band in which was very entertaining. However, none of the cocktails were particularly to my taste. The bar staff were very friendly and the cocktail glasses looked great. \nAs a whole I had a great stay, would recommend and would be back again! Great hotel great.

I stayed here for two nights using my Hilton Honors points. The hotel is very clean with friendly and attentive staff. The location is great as there are several bus stops nearby plus close access to theaters and the tube.

Over the last 3 visits we have had room not booked, Champagne not supplied as promised and today the Executive suit not booked. We will be cancelling our membership as the attentive personal touch has gone and the failures of the staff is really unacceptable.
