Not luxury but good enough on a Longer stay to maximise value.\nThis building used to be an office block converted to a hotel. Had a car park too, so was convenient. Not bad caféé on the ground floor. No interconnecting rooms this time. Don't believe they have a lot of these types of room.

Great hotel. Great staff and lovely venue for work base, eating out and shopping. Really enjoyed my week here. Would I return? Most definitely. Great venue for sightseeing and 5 minutes walk to tube station.

The hotel is about 15 / 20 minutes between two tube stations. \nHotel staff friendly and helpful, Pauline and Borbala especially from the restaurant who was so helpful to us, going the extra mile and assured us it was no trouble.\nRoom and hotel public areas are clean. Good Wi-Fi too. \nDisappointed that the pool was closed. \nAlthough the water jar in the reception was empty each time we went to it, the staff were very willing to get some water for us.

First of all, we had it on a excellent rate on groupon, staff are friendly and welcoming at reception, breakfast has a variety of cooked breakfast. Just ten min walk from the tube station and located right by the fashion outlet and food restaurants.

Good Afternoon Londoners0719, \n\nI am sorry your experience visiting our hotel was not what you expected and thank you for the feedback, I will try to address some of the above comments on this response, however, I would like to get in contact with you to personally, could you please let me have your contact details?\n\nThe hotel has recently had the Open Lobby refurbished; I do agreed there are some areas which are not to everyone's taste but this is work in progress and we will be addressing in the future. The swimming pool and Gym are now closed, I have checked the information and it appears on our partners' websites. I may have missed one but do you think you can let me how you made your booking? I would really like to address this.\n\nRegarding the air conditioning - we did have an issue with 2 of our meeting rooms, during the heatwave, unfortunately, this was out of our control as the system overheated, due to the weather, we are now in the process of fixing this issue.\n\nOn your review, you mentioned our staff attitude and efficiency when dealing with the problems facing you during your stay. I take these very serious and have asked the respective heads of departments to look into this as a matter of urgency, we pride ourselves on our customer service and I would not want our team members to move away from our main objective of looking after our guest, the best way we can.\n\nlastly, I would really like to be able to send you an update on how we have dealt with the concerns you raised and I am looking forward to hearing from you.\n\nWith kindest of regards\n\nRafael I. Hi Mrs cs Campbell, \n\nThank you for your feedback, \n\nIn regards to the swimming pool and Jacuzzi, the hotel started a refurbishment process and all parties were informed, unfortunately sometimes these updates take time to cascade to the public. I have checked the information display in Groupon and it is now corrected. I booked and paid for this hotel months previously for 2 nights for The Who concert. At 4pm the day before I received a call to tell me they had to cancel my booking due to \u2018an electrical fault rendering several floors unusable\u2019.\n\nSmelling lies I asked the guy which floors were affected. Erm. Erm. He flustered. He then tried to offer me an alternative out at Heathrow and in a tone that was so matter-of-fact it was offensive. \n\nHeathrow! ? I don\u2019t think so. Miles away.\n\nReading other reviews I strongly suspect I was being lied to and my early booked cheap deal was being canned to sell the room on at a much higher price.\n\nI won\u2019t use this place again. Not sure what was worse - the cancellation or the insulting \u2018it\u2019s no big deal\u2019 tone with which it was delivered.\n\nFor a hotel with an electrical fault on \u2018several floors\u2019 it looked fully illuminated when I passed it the next evening.\n\nOn a positive note the website were excellent. I declined Holiday Inns ridiculous alternative and booked itself a nice place in central London. the website contacted me without promoting and just asked me to send them the receipts and they\u2019d refund the difference. Nice one! Proper customer service unlike the shockingly bad Holiday Inn.\n\nAvoid this place. Really the transport links at Wembley are so good you don\u2019t need a hotel immediately alongside it - find somewhere nicer that appreciates your business.
