Hotel in Detail:
The building was originally a 1927 private residence for the 1st Baron Milford. The Marriott 47 Park Street combines a boutique hotel with a residence club (open to guests too) and is beautifully appointed and elegantly furnished. The combination of neoclassical and regency style furnishings were carefully chosen to complement the building's early 20th century Edwardian architecture. Colour schemes are anchored in fresh creams and luxuriant gold's, with accents of china blue purple or rich terracotta. The concept is to provide a home away from home, the feel of a second residence rather than a temporary apartment. These are true luxury apartments with a 5 star feel. Fresh flowers are arranged every day by the in-house florist.
Apartment interiors are the work of Wimberley Allison Tong & Goo of London and all feature high clinging and tall windows.
Each residence features a spacious bedroom, large lounge and elegant dining area for relaxing and entertaining, ornately designed bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. An exceptional level of hospitality is provided including twice-daily maid service, a dedicated personal concierge to look after you during your stay and an evening turndown service. Luxury services such as a personal shopping service, grocery pre-stocking services, and an in-house florist are also available.
Each one and two bedroom residence is unique in decor, floor plan and charm and is equipped to a high standard. In-room facilities include work desk with lamp, in-Room fax, cable/satellite TV with remote control, full kitchen in all rooms, refrigerator in room, minibar, air conditioned, iron and ironing board, in-room safe, cribs available and some rooms have a fireplace.
