Its actually to the far east of the airport grounds making it around 2 miles from Terminals 2 and 3 in the central area and terminals 4 and 5 in the south east/west corner of the airport grounds. The local area is called Creanford and there is a betters election of restaurants and shops at this end of the Bath road especially along the Great West Road. This location is actually pretty handy for west London/Central London as it right on the A4 London side of the airport. A normal journey by car/taxi into west London takes around 20 minutes and 30-40 minutes for central areas. Just 150 yards along the Bath Road is the Jolly Waggoner Bar (DJ nights even WiFi access) should you fancy enjoying a drink in a traditional English Pub. Just under half a mile finds the nearest McDonalds Restaurant which is at the junction with the Great West Road which is the start of a selection of high street shops and amenities.
