London Stansted Airport is situated to the North of London and is served by the M11 and M25 motorways. There is also a direct train express service from London Liverpool Street station (also from Tottenham Hale) called the Stansted Express. single £16.60 , return £28
Home to many budget airlines but now also more and more main stream airlines are running flights from the airport too. The terminal is an award winning building built in an open plan style. Notable is use the use of a monorail service for some gate departures and flight arrivals back to baggage reclaim. The airport is also served by National Express coaches. Over the years hotels have been built closer and closer to the terminal with the Radisson Blu Stansted now the closest of all the nearby Stansted Hotels being located alongside the one terminal the airport is served by (for passengers).
