Purpose built hotel.All of the Chessington Safari Hotel bedrooms are en-suite with full air-conditioning, the majority of which (135) are non-smoking. Most of the rooms are also twins with 21 being doubles. In-room amenities include cable television (with pay-to-view movies, internet browser and games), coffee/tea facilities, broadband and WiFi internet access, desk with lamp, hairdryer, double glazing (windows open), telephone with voicemail. Beds have a duvet. Some rooms have views out over the hotel gardens.
Room options include 56 Executive Club level rooms where newspapers are delivered daily. These rooms also include upgraded bathrooms with robes and a bathroom scale and also a King size bed .

The restaurant has views out over the hotels landscaped gardens and park. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Children's menu and high chairs available. Breakfast 06:00 till 10:30, Lunch 12:30 till 14:30, Dinner 18:30 till 22:30.Marula Bar and Lounge: Located on the ground floor. The bar serves snacks alongside the drinks and sharing the same views as the Langta Brasserie. Relaxed atmosphere. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Serengeti Suite: Private dining venue for groups of 10 to 160 guests.
