First opened as a brand new hotel in May 2016 after a total renovation of the former office block Hayes Gate House. At the time of opening the hotel was the fourth Hyatt Place branded hotel in Europe but the first in the UK.The Hyatt Place West London Hayes offers 4 star high end accommodation in an area that has previously been focussed on the budget sector. Choice of breakfast and dining options, onsite bar and a 24 hour snack restaurant with its own bakery. Gallery hosts always on hand to help with any issues or queries you may have.
Bedrooms have a modern style and come with air conditioning, desk, ironing facilities, clothes rack, hairdryer, free branded toiletries, cordless phone, alarm clock, safe, mini fridge, bathroom, radio, flat–screen TV, towels and linen. All rooms are en–suite and have free WiFi.

Terminal 4 is 4.4 miles (7.1 km) from the Hyatt Place Hotel and terminal 5 is 5 miles (8.0 km) away. The local area is called Yeading and is part of the larger region known as Southall. Hayes is also on your doorstep on the other side of the A312 (west side). It is an easy journey to the airport by road since the hotel is located alongside the A312 dual carriageway which leads directly to the airport. There is a small parade of shops opposite the hotel that includes a small grocery store with some large retail shops on the other side of the road, but these are mainly DIY type stores. There is a huge Sainsbury store within 350 yards (320 metres) by the A312, but best of all is that right behind the Hyatt Hotel is Hayes Bridge retail park with a host of large high street shops all in an enclosed area. So there is no shortage of places to buy any essentials or luxury items close by even though the wider area is largely residential. Being this close to the airport means you can take advantage of the Heathrow Express that can get you to Paddington Station within 15 minutes. Just 1.6 miles (2.6 km) from junction 3 of the M4 motorway for connections to the M25 or out to towns such as Oxford and Windsor. Local places of interest include Southall market 1 mile (1.6 km), London Motor Museum 1.4 miles (2.3 km), Osterley Park 2.1 miles (1.6 km) and London Motorcycle Museum 2.1 miles (1.6 km).
