Each bedroom can accommodate a maximum of two guests in a standard sized double bed. You are provided with one towel per person, sheets, duvet and pillows on your arrival. Extra towels are available for hire. The maid service is an optional extra and is charged for each request made for cleaning of the room, which is done at the reception. Each room has en-suite facilities with a shower and toilet. Each bedroom has heating, cooling and fresh air circulation. Its worth noting that due to the basic nature of the accommodation there are no phones in the bedroom. You are also not permitted to use any electrical kitchen items in your room which means items such a kettles and toasters. There are two hangers in each room but no cupboard storage space. Only three of the bedrooms have a window.
Please note that there is no lift access to the rooms at this 6 floor hotel. The maximum duration of any one stay is 10 days. This a totally non-smoking hotel. Kids under the age of 18 are not permitted to be alone in the hotel. Pets are not allowed except for assistance dogs. There is no lunge or public areas though there is reception that is always manned by one member of staff.

It gives direct road access out to Heathrow Airport which takes between 25 and 45 minutes depending on traffic. While not on top of the mains shopping areas its very close with a Sainsbury's supermarket just around the corner. Main shopping is at Kensington High Street (0.4 miles), Fulham Road (0.8 miles) and the Kings Road Chelsea at 1 mile. Well placed for the Exhibition centres at earls Court (0.5 miles) and Olympia (0.8 miles). Lexham Gardens itself is a residential road though many properties are converted into hotels. Other nearby attractions include Linley Sambourne House (0.5 miles), Hyde Park (0.5 miles), Kensington Palace (0.6 miles), The natural History Museum (0.5 miles), Science Museum (0.6 miles) and the Victoria and Albert Museum (0.7 miles).
