Only a couple of hundred yards to the south is the major shopping mall called the Arndale Centre with major high street shops. Just 100 yards from the Galaxy Leisure Complex with a bowling alley and cinema screens. Luton Railway station is also within 200 yards (less than 5 minutes walk) but for connections to Luton Airport (less than 2 miles way) your best bet is a taxi (about a 5-10 minute ride) or bus ride. The train station will get you to central London in around 30 minutes. The M1 motorway which is 2 miles will also provide a direct link into north London with a run into Hendon/Brent Cross (north London) taking about 30 minutes with the West End a further 20 minutes.
