History:
The name was changed from Park Inn Heathrow to Park Inn Hotel & Conference Centre London Heathrow in October 2012 after the conference facilities has a large upgrade.Extensive refurbishment program during 2012/2013. Half a million pounds was spent on improving the façade which included new cladding and signage. £1.6 million pounds was spent on refurbishment of 258 bedrooms in the largest wing of the hotel, (125 bedrooms already upgraded).
After being taken over from Le Meridien in 2004 (when the hotel was the Le Meridien Excelsior) the hotel underwent a £25 million refurbishment program. Owned by Royal Bank of Scotland.
