The two areas are also linked by the DLR (Docklands Light railway) with Deptford Bridge DLR being just a few minutes walk from the hotel (a 10 minute ride gets you to Greenwich railway station). Greenwich has a long maritime tradition and is home to both the National Maritime Museum and the Cutty Sark replica (15 minutes walk).
