The Radisson Vanderbilt is the former grande home of the Vanderbilt family. Many original features remain including stain glass windows, wood panelled rooms and its elegantly painted ceiling in the hotel lobby. The hotel is actually made up of a converted row of residences and is a grade II listed building. The style of the hotel gives it the feel of an English country home. Real fireplaces and original works of art have been added to the hotel decor to bolster that feel.Bedrooms remain true to the warm English country house ambience featuring mahogany furniture, rich fabrics and crisp cotton bed linen. Bathrooms are clad with Sicilian marble, shower massage and Jacob Delafon bathware.
