Hotel in Detail:First opened in May 2015. The hotel is named after architect Batty Langley (1696 - 1751) who published handbooks which were home improvement guides for the Georgian era. Today Batty Langley's is a sumptuous luxury hotel paying homage to its Georgian past with a friendly ambience. You will get a sense of the hotels long history once you are on Folgate Street as it still has the old fashioned cobble stones yet surrounded by the most modern of buildings such as the famous Gherkin tower block. The public area features a real fireplace.
