Lobby cafe: This is a partnership with Square Mile Coffee Roasters. Bulldog Edition sources fresh and cultured dairy products from Northiam Dairy. Meticulously sourced, carefully roasted, and perfectly brewed coffee is available at Bulldog Edition between 6:30 18.00 daily.
The lobby bar: Low-key spacious venue. Furniture designed by local artist Max Lamb. Menu and cocktails designed by Hoi Polloi.
Lovage: Juice bar with modern surroundings and a chic style plus sofas to relax on. Serves a large range of cocktails and bar menu. Farm-to-street juice kitchen guided by the principles of healing natural remedies,serving cleansing juices and shakes, nourishing milks teas and herbed waters, all made fresh in-house.
Miranda: The hotels basement bar. Entertainment venue (including live) where most events are free of charge. Special themed dance nights.
