Hotel in Detail:Singaporean real estate company UOL bought the site for £93 million pounds in August 2014 from Heron International. The hotel will operate under the Pan Pacific brand. Due to open in 2018.
Originally planned to open as the Four Seasons Heron Plaza but this changed after the purchase of the site by UOL.
The Pan Pacfic hotel London at Heron Plaza is adjacent to Heron Tower, the tallest building in the City of London. The hotel will include 120 branded residences.
The site has consent for a 43-storey tall tower covering comprising approximately 562,000 sq ft gross floor area (340,000 sq ft net area). Designed by PLP Architecture.
Hotel facilities include conference and banqueting facilities, a gym, spa and swimming pool.
