The Park Plaza County Hall hotel has a modern IP telephony system installed which maximises efficiency for the hotel and the customer since it links with the hotels own management. The system is able to bill clients accurately and quickly and improve management and staff efficiency. Hotel has views over the River Thames which is just yards from the hotel.
Each of the bedrooms have a fully fitted kitchenette (microwave oven, fridge, utensils). All rooms are fully air-conditioned have a living area and work/desk area, with flat screen cable TV, direct dial telephone, tea/coffee maker, hairdryer, minibar/fridge, iron and ironing board, safe and WiFi high speed internet access and analogue conenction.
