The London Bridge Hotel is an independently owned establishment in a building dating back to 1916. Bedrooms have a contemporary style and decor. All rooms have air conditioning, broadband internet access, satellite flat screen TV, voice mail telephone with DDI, minibar, tea and coffee making facilities, fibre optic reading lights, hairdryer, trouser press, iron/ironing board, safe (large enough to take a laptop computer) and modem/fax port.There are 4 dedicated floors for non-smokers. 6 bedrooms are especially adapted for the needs of disabled guests.
Deluxe rooms offer extra space, a sofa bed, walk-in wardrobe, DVD player and have a king sized bed.
Standard Double and Twin rooms there are also Deluxe and Executive rooms for your added comfort.
One wing of the hotel is given over the Executive bedrooms. Here the beds have duvets while in-room there are waffle bathrobes and top brand toiletries.
Studio Suites have American Oak panelling. A feature of these suites is that the bed (King size) can be tucked away into a recess opening up extra space.

Londinium Restaurant: A modern styled restaurant furnished in red suede while the floors brown walnut. Subdued lighting and background music sets the atmosphere in this lower ground floor venue. Serves contemporary English dishes. Open 12.30 till 14.30, 17.30 till 22.00.The Quarter Bar & Lounge: Newly opened in May 2011. With a 70 seat capacity and a relaxed atmosphere. The setting is chic and modern. The menu offers a large range of options including vegetarian, seafood and meats. For a lighter snack the options include cakes and pastries, sandwiches and salads and Afternoon Tea. There is also the Quarter Bar's own speciality beef burger.
Drinks include cocktails, spirits, beers, soft drinks, a range of Tea Forté teas, hot chocolate and coffees served by specially trained baristas.
Open from 09.00 (Sunday from 10.00). Meals served noon till midnight.
Onsite are 5 meeting rooms with a capacity of up to 100 which are fully equipped with A/V and high speed internet access.

There are 4 tube (underground) stations within half a mile (0.8 km).The London Bridge Hotel is located in Southwark just yards from London Bridge Station, part of the national mainline network, a stop on the jubilee and northern tube lines and a connection for the river bus service. The hotel and station are located almost adjacent to the southern end of London Bridge itself. This means its just a few minutes walk across the bridge to the City of London, the financial heartland of London, and known as the 'square mile'. The bridge is also at the east side of the city with the northern end right by the A3211/A1203 which gives a direct road link to the Docklands/canary Wharf areas, or onto London City Airport. The hotels location is also convenient for the Waterloo mainline station which is less than a mile from the hotel and can be reached by road bus or tube (or even a brisk walk). The River Thames itself, just yards from the hotel, is one of London's attractions in itself. There are dedicated walks along its banks, places to stop and sit, bars that overlook the river, river tours and the river bus service. London Bridge City Pier is your local river stop. Just south of the hotel is Borough High Street with a range of shops, bars and other amenities. Although not really in a tourist area there are however many places of interest in the local vicinity to the London Bridge Hotel. These include Southwark Cathedral , London's oldest Gothic building, which is just 140 yards from the hotel. Bermondsey Antiques market is always popular and is open on Fridays between 04.00 and noon. Its just over half a mile from the hotel in Bermondsey Square.
