| Description:
The Express Park Royal is located
just off the A40 Dual Carriageway (Western Avenue) which gives
direct access to Heathrow Airport (10 miles) via the A312. On
the edge of West London which means you can be in central London in around
15 minutes via the A40 dual carriageway. A good location for
easy access into and out of London. The nearest tube station is
just 2 minutes walk from the hotel. The ride into central London can be
travelled in 15 minutes. Nearest attractions include Gunnersbury Park and museum
(1.9 miles), Ealing Film Studios (2 miles),
Hogarths
House (2.4 miles), Wembley Stadium and Conference centre (2.5 miles),
Chiswick House
(2.7 miles) and Kew Gardens (2.8 miles). The Express has 104 well-appointed rooms, a main meeting room for up to 30 delegates and 4 smaller syndicate rooms. The guest rooms come equipped with a full range of modern amenities that include en-suite facilities with a power shower, cable TV with pay movies, coffee and tea maker, WIFI internet connection, direct dial phones with a modem point and voicemail, hairdryer, double glazed windows, individually controlled air-conditioning, hanging closet and work desk with lamp. There is a daily maid service. Room configurations include singles, doubles and twins as well as options for both smoking and non-smoking rooms. Six room have been adapted for accessibility. The hotel has an onsite restaurant and a licensed bar with a lounge area. The restaurant is located on the ground floor and as usual with this chain is named the Great Room. Here breakfast, lunch and dinner is served (dinner Saturday through Thursday from 18.00 till 22.00). The menu is varied with Indian Continental and European cuisine and there's a daily chefs special. Breakfast is a buffet where the choice includes fresh baked croissants, assorted Danish pastries, variety of cereals, freshly squeezed orange juice, yoghurts and fruit compotes and unlimited tea and coffee. The fully licensed bar serves a range of drinks as well as coffee's and features a large screen plasma TV. Other facilities include Safety boxes available at the 24 hour manned reception, Food and drinks vending machine, Dry-cleaning and laundry, fax, photocopying and internet facilities and access to computer and printing. The public spaces are both WIFI internet access and have the benefit of air-conditioning. Business travellers are catered for with 2 meeting rooms that an handle up to 60 guests theatre style and benefit from the use of natural daylight and air-conditioning. Facilities on offer include blackout facilities, Dataport, stationery, TV and video recorder, Overhead projector, teleconferencing facilities, Flipchart, fax and copying facilities. |
