| Description:
The Travelodge London Park Royal is situated on the A40 Western
Avenue on Eastbound side of the dual carriageway, 1/2 mile after the junction
with A406 and next to a BP petrol station. The A40 is a busy main road but
provides excellent road links for commuters. It will link up with the A406 or
A312 for Heathrow Airport which you can do in 20 minutes by car/taxi (traffic
allowing). It will also link with the M25 motorway which is the orbital motorway
all the way around London. Depending on where you are going it can be quicker to
use this motorway for south and eastern parts of London than travel through the
centre. Opposite the hotel is a multi screen cinema, bowling alley, several fast
food outlets and a wine bar. Adjacent to the hotel is petrol station which has
its own small grocery shop and also serves a breakfast. Nearest main town is
Acton which has a busy high street and provides plenty of amenities and bars.
However even nearer towards Hanger Lane finds shops, restaurants and bars. 5
minutes walk from Park Royal tube which can get you into central London in 30
minutes. Nearest places of interest include the Ealing Film Studios (1.7 miles),
Wembley Stadium (2 miles), Gunnersbury Park and Museum (2.1 miles),
Hogarths
House (2.9 miles) and
Kew Gardens (3 miles). The Travelodge Park Royal has all the standard facilities of this major chain who standardise hotel facilities across its portfolio of hotels.
