| Description:
The Wembley Plaza Hotel is a Hilton
associate hotel and located in North London a short walk from Wembley stadium
(newly built and opened in 2007) and within the Wembley complex. Wembley Area is just
50 meters from here. Transport links are
good with nearby rail stations and the North Circular Road A406 which is an
orbital dual carriageway around London and links with the A40/M40, M1 and M11
motorways. The hotel is also convenient for Heathrow Airport which is just 9.2
miles away. There is excellent shopping and other amenities available on the
nearby Wembley High Road. Nearest attractions include Wembley Arena (0.15
miles), Brent Cross shopping centre (3 miles), RAF museum (3.5 miles) and Freud Museum (4.7
miles). Central London is 7.3 miles to the South East. The Wembley Plaza London standard bedrooms are contemporary in style. Amenities include en-suite facilities and marble bathroom, door safety chain, high-speed internet access, windows that open, desk, radio, satellite TV with games console and pay movies, hairdryer, iron, tea and coffee making facilities, trouser press and internet connection. Room service is 24 hours. Onsite the hotel has the Celebrities Restaurant seating 120 guests and serving Modern European cuisine in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. In the mornings the restaurant serves a full English breakfast buffet as well as other options and in the evenings you can enjoy a three course carvery dinner. The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, 07.00 till 22.00. You may also enjoy a drink in the 40 seater Galleria Bar, here you can enjoy a drink from the large range of spirits and wines or just enjoy a cappuccino coffee. The bar also serves light meals, pizzas and burgers. Open 11.00 till 23.00. Among the hotels facilities is the Living Well Fitness centre with a 17-meter heated indoor swimming pool, two air conditioned gymnasiums, bubble spa, steam room, sauna and solarium. A beauty salon is also available. Fitness instructors are on hand for assistance and there are aqua aerobic classes organised. Open weekdays 07.00 till 22.00, weekends 08.00 till 21.30. The front reception is staffed 24 hours a day and for your peace of mind a CCTV security system is in operation at the hotel. If needed there are luggage storage facilities.
