The Church Street Hotel is a Spanish-Americana boutique hotel painted grey on its exterior. Inside the hotel makes good use of bold colours while the reception desk itself is styled from a religious altar. Madonna's and votive candles line the hallways. Other features include colonialist furniture and iconic art to go along with the idiosyncratic feel.

Occupying a location on the south side of the River Thames and close to busy high street shopping is the Church Street Hotel London. Well placed for the Kennington Oval (1.3 miles) where many big cricket games are played. This particular part of SE5 is known as Camberwell Green ( a small recreation green area with children's playground) and going north along Camberwell Road and Walworth Road from this point finds an endless number of shops, bars and restaurants.
