Bus and Coaches
London buses do not operate from Gatwick which is actually outside of London in West Susssex.
The majority of coach services are not wheelchair accessible, but will carry wheelchairs for passengers who are able to board the bus/coach unaided.
Several companies run coach and bus services from Gatwick to all parts of the UK. Most of the routes are run from the upper level of the South Terminal and most will also stop at the lower level of the North Terminal which is the arrivals level. The Gatwick Coach Station is actually located on the lower level of the South Terminal.

Direct connections to popular destinations include Heathrow, central London, Bristol, Brighton, Birmingham, Oxford, Cambridge and Norwich.

National Express
National Express are the biggest coach service providers in the UK and have ticket facilities in the arrivals area of both terminals at Gatwick and an additional ticket desk in the South Terminal coach station. Their coaches link to locations all over England, Scotland and Wales departing from both terminals and starting their journey from the South terminal then picking up from the North Terminal.
