Each of the 49 apartments boasts a living space twice as big as the average hotel room. The stylishly sleek one or two bedroom apartments each have a sitting room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and separate guest bathroom, in addition to an en suite bathroom created by United Designers. Maintaining the hi-tech, modernist approach, all apartments contain the latest in communication and audiovisual technology, while a fully equipped business centre complements the 24-hour concierge, full daily maid service and grocery shopping service also many restaurants available nearby.
Standard amenities include a flat screen TV, mini Hi-Fi and DVD/CD player. The utility amenities include a washing machine, refrigerator, dishwater and toaster. This is in addition to the fully fitted kitchenette.

This area is also called the Docklands although strictly speaking the docklands is just south of this location.
