Wandsworth/Battersea is ideally located as a base for both business travellers
and tourists visiting the capital city and all of its attractions. The central
areas are within 15 minutes train ride from Wandsworth Town station which itself
is within a couple of minutes walk. Although slightly South West of the very
central areas access to the major tourist areas is very easy via the very close
by Wandsworth Bridge or Chelsea Bridge a little further on. The hotel is only
200 yards from the Wandsworth Town train station, which gives you a direct route
into Waterloo in just 12 minutes. The hotel is an excellent location for events
in South London such as the
Wimbledon Tennis Tournament (2.21 miles) and Twickenham Rugby ground (6.6
miles), as well as being close to other more central events such as the Ideal
Homes Exhibition at Earls Court (1.9 miles) and the Chelsea flower show at the
grounds of the Royal Hospital Grounds (1.9 miles). Other local attractions
include Fulham Palace and Museum: (Former home of the Bishops of London from AD
704 to 1973. The museum tells the history of the Palace) (1.3 miles), Lindsey
House: (Example of a 17th century exterior on the site of Sir Thomas More's

of the River Thames.

The Contemporary style bedrooms are air conditioned with en-suite facilities
