Ormer Mayfair: From famous Jersey Chef Shaun Rankin. The menu reflects the chefs love of Jersey produced ingredients. The seasonal menu includes dishes such as fresh lobster, crab, oysters, hand dived scallops, Jersey royals and hand-picked shoreline foraged herbs. Features an art deco inspired interior full of 1920s glamour and artistry. Furnished with Leather banquette seating, dark wooden panelling and glass tiles are complimented with the delicate highlights of the bronze lighting.Drawing Room: Echoes elegance and grace in homage to the hotels 18th century Georgian origins. Features harmonious proportions with original period detail including 3m ceiling height and sash windows as well as an original marble fireplace providing the focal point of the room. The room is complemented by a natural, soft colour palette. Contemporary design is mixed with the classic and showcases bespoke cabinetry by specialist artisans with Maccassar Ebony wood tables edged in antique brass, velvet teal sofas and chairs and coffered ceilings. Hand-painted wall panels by famous de Gournay depicting early views of India. Bookcases on either side of the fireplace display a collection of art books from Assouline. The refined Indian-inspired tea room serves light refreshments and beverages all day along with wine and champagne at the bar. A wide range of traditional and exotic teas are served. The Drawing Room also serves breakfast, lunch and light supper.

Manetta's Bar: Plush velvet, supple black upholstery and polished rose gold set the scene for some seriously stylish sips in an ambience redolent of the glamorous 1930s. During this time, Manetta's was the favourite hangout for the cognoscenti from the worlds of literature and the arts, who mingled with celebrated rakes and aristos. The clientele may have changed a little over time, but the atmosphere still lives on, making Manetta one of Mayfair's best cocktail bars.
